Kohler
Purchase the Archer elongated comfort height toilet about 6 weeks ago. It perfectly matches my other kohler bathroom fixtures after almost 30 years! I was shocked I could still purchase this toilet in "ice grey". It's a great product & flushes effortlessly, also love the quite close toilet seat lid. I really like the elegant design.

Toilet is not completely painted with black enamel. It’s lacking...
Toilet is not completely painted with black enamel. It’s lacking on the back of the tank and the tank lid and some areas under the bowl. Can’t be seen, but pretty cheaply painted. Also, the toilet seat is poorly made and won’t last.

Terrible! Do not buy this model…
Installed the toilet. The bowl did not fill up with water as the inside cylinder closed too quickly. There was no way to adjust this. The only solution was to hold the handle for a while. After installing the toilet I had to uninstall and order a different brand.

There are often minor adjustments that can be made in your toilet tank to ensure it flushes and cleans the bowl properly. You will want to ensure the chain that comes off of the canister flush valve is taut. There should be no slack in the chain (1-2 links at most). The black refill tube in the toilet should be connected on both ends; from the fill valve to the top of the canister flush valve. I already had an aqua flush kohler so a second was a no brainer. The added two inch height is very helpful . I just had my knee replaced and it sure makes sitting and standing a whole lot easier.

Very Happy with Purchase
This toilet was purchased over a month ago. I searched locally but the ice gray color was hard to find. Was reluctant initially to purchase online but took the chance. Item arrived very quickly and was packed very well. No problems! Had someone install this for me and I must say, I am exceptionally pleased with this purchase. Love the comfort height and how well the toilet system works so far. I replaced a 30 year old Kohler toilet. The comfort height is a must (in my opinion). Love it!

Great detail
The family loves the toilet and color. So, happy with the purchase. Initially, the toilet would run long after it has been flushed, but it has since stopped which I am glad because everyone kept asking what was wrong with the toilet. Overall. I am satisfied.
