To ensure the toilet is flushing properly, please verify that the water level in the tank is at the correct marking, the chain is tight when the toilet is resting, the rim feed hose is plugged into the stop at the top of the canister and that water is coming out of all of the rim holes when the toilet is flushed. Hi KP, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I'm sorry your Archer toilet is clogging frequently. This is unusual for this toilet as it has a top-rated flush valve assembly. There may be an issue with the settings in the tank; please review the following settings in your tank and correct if necessary. The trip lever should be taut; please remove excess links of chain until there is very little play in the chain when the toilet is at rest. Check the water level: the water should be at the water line marked on the canister or on the interior back wall of the tank. The amount of water that is sent to the bowl through the overflow hose has a direct correlation to the height of the water in the tank; low bowl water results in a poor flush. A screwdriver can be used to adjust the water height by turning the knurled pencil-like tube attached to the side of the fill valve. Turn it right to raise the water. Flush the toilet after adjustment to see the new height. The overflow hose must be attached to the fill valve on the left and inserted into the center top of the canister on the right; push it in as far as it will go.
