I really like the simple, yet elegant design of the Kohler sink; dual basins were a requirement for me and the 9" depth is very forgiving when I have company over (and lots of dishes); I also like how it complements the stainless steel facings of my stove and fridge, a really nice tie in; to me stainless steel is what a kitchen should be, bright and clean. Yea!!

Hi HomeDepotCustomer, I'm sorry to hear you aren't completely satisfied with your Ballad kitchen sink. I'd like to help by explaining the material and giving suggestions on blending the scratches. Most stainless steel products will scratch from everyday use. However, these scratches will blend over time to create a unique finish. To blend the scratches, we suggest applying a stainless steel cleaner/polish (Kohler Stainless Steel Cleaner: https://bit.ly/39uncRG) with a nonabrasive cloth or sponge, working with, not across, the grain. We do not recommend the use of steel wool, wire brushes or abrasive sponge pads. Use only non-scratch cleaning pads. Returned sink..wrong sink in box and was later told that...
Returned sink..wrong sink in box and was later told that the counter top installation company will supply a Glacier Bay under mount sink. Actually when I purchased the quartz counter top from Home Depot it would have been helpful to have known that was an option.
