We purchased 2 of the toilets and they are great! The seat, ring and all the components were included which made it so much easier for our contractor to install. We only had to purchase the water lines.

Leaking Water Tank Garbage!
Easy to install but the gaskets that attaches to the base (water tank) keep on leaking (fast leak) even after adjusting 5 times! Took chance at over tight the screws on water tank now very slow leak with a small cup to catch dripping. I spent so much time and money on this toilet. I spent so much to have it delivered to my top floor and installed. I feel ripped off! First time I bought a Kohler toilet hoping for better quality but NO I am wrong.

    What’s with the toilet seat being too small?
    The toilet seat doesn’t look like it belongs with the toilet. It is smaller than the bowl. Very odd.

      Check for cracks in the bowl before you install!
      My plumber recommended Kohler toilets because of their reputation. I got mine directly from the store and the plumber installed it but after a week of water pooling around the rim of the toilet I had to call them back out. Turns out there were multiple cracks in the bowl causing slow leaks. Because the problem wasn't the plumber's fault I ended up having to pay for the reinstallation. So this $230 toilet has now cost me an extra $300 in labor costs.

        Great toilet
        We aren’t new to the Cimmaron toilet. Had them in our last house. Replaced our old ones that the builder put in about 20 years ago, Crane brand. No comparison. Kohler makes beautiful products. Love this toilet. It’s modern and sleek and flushes well!

          Awful quality control
          I wish I could put a review on the functionality of this toilet but haven't even made it to the finish. Purchased this twice cracked at the tank on both. Not sure if this is Cheapos fault or Kohlers fault but this cost me time and money. I'm done shopping for this brand and Cheapo✌️

            Kohler Toilet
            I had my plumber come out to install this toilet. I was very disappointed in the quality of the soft close seat which was one of my reasons for purchasing this model. The seat is very flimsy cheap plastic and I see myself replacing it with something more substantial. The description stated it had an installation ring which was not in the box.

              Koehler Disappointment
              Have Koehler Cimmeron past experience but this new design does not measure up. Rev360 sounds good but totally misses the back of the toilet. Double trough ring in the front is poorly thought out as anyone sitting to pee is very likely to hit this wash ring and splash up and out of the front of the seat and the toilet. All other aspects on this toilet are average toilet performance.

If there is any slack, it should be tightened to remove the slack. The water level can also be checked. The water level in the tank should be at the water line which is marked on the inside back wall of the tank or on the flush valve. The refill tube can be checked as well. It should be connected at both ends connecting the fill valve to the center of the canister valve. If either end is disconnected, it should be pushed back into place. Please also ensure there is water coming out of all of the holes around the toilet bowl. If the issue continues, please contact our Customer Service team at KohlerCustServ@kohler.com.                 Kohler Cimarron Rev360
                Kohler Aqua Piston toilet, everything went well, seals between tank and toilet had to be seated correctly. 40yrs on the old toilet-20 yrs wax ring/supply valve. Used 1/4 turn valve, stainless hose, reinforced thick wax ring.

                  Product design and quality issues
                  I am compelled to review as I had to replace the first one due to cosmetic defects and the second due to quality defects. The first one had a large chip on top of the bowl. Luckily I found before I disassembled the box. I had the second one all installed and notice there was leak. It was not from the tank or the base, but from a pinhole in toilet seat mounting hole.I returned that one, too. On both the tank has to seat just right, otherwise leaks. Upgraded to a Santa Rosa.                     Kohler quality control Cost me thousands of $
                    toilet looked to be decent quality. I followed the directions and the toilet leaked while we were away for thanksgiving. at first I thought it was the toilet bolts, but then after watching it and taking it apart, we saw that it was coming through the factory seal of the flush valve. I took apart the flush valve which was supposed to be already installed by Kohler and there was a defective gasket. This flooded my entire basement bathroom and soaked my sub floor.

                      Stay away from Kohler toilets…waste of money.
                      Wasted my time and money with this toilet. Terrible product and design when attaching tank to bowl. Did everything as instructed and still leaked at the seal of the tank. Reseated the tank twice with same results…no over tightening of tank bolts but still ended up with the base of the bowl cracking! Very disappointing after spending more money on a more expensive Kohler model toilet expecting the best, but nope. Again, waste of money and will not consider Kohler toilets again! Stay away!

                          2 Toliets down and moved on.
                          First toilet had a crack on the interior of the bowl. Every time it was flushed it acted like a bidet and splashed off the seat and made a mess. Bought a new one to replace it and neither the tank lid or seat fit. Ended up taking both toilets back and getting another brand. Definitely don’t get what you pay for with this price tag.

                            tank leaks. was dirty. lid doesn’t fit.
                            The lid is wobbly and it doesn’t fit on. There’s nothing I can do to stop the tank from leaking and yes I put the gaskets on right. not my first install. not happy. flushes so that’s good.

                              The brand means nothing anymore!
                              Bought this Kohler toilet two weeks ago, was working great and now the floater doesn’t work and leaks constantly. Have to buy a new fill valve. Not the money or the work, the fact that you soend more money to get better quality but you don’t! Highly dissapointed!

                                  Poor tank to bowl fit and fasteners - leaks
                                  Kohler used to use a three bolt attachment system of tank to bowl. This model has two, and it leaked at the tank after installation. Removed a second time, when tightening the screws the tank shattered upon re-installation. While Kohler states "do not overtighten" they supply no torque values. Poor design.

The grommets should be pushed all the way into the tank with the long end pointed upward and lay flat against the bottom of the tank.                                     Everything's Noisy
                                    Biggest complaint is the lightweight slow close seat, and any movement on it squeaks like a wooden ship, terribly annoying at night. Attempting to apply grease to see if that works. Second, a lot of noise from the 360 water flushing inside the bowl and from the inside of the tank. Third, the 360 ledge doesn't fully drain off the water after a flush, so it quickly becomes stained from mildew, despite weekend cleanings.

                                      Hairline cracked formed bottom of bowl.
                                      Purchased around March 2017. It has now formed a hairline crack in the bottom of bowl. Normal use nothing excessive. Installed in a half bath after purchase. Toilet should last a lot longer. Otherwise had no issue with toilet.

                                        Flushes like a Water God
                                        I did upgrade from an older Kohler. Sub floor repaired and *Always Flange above finished floor. I had to shim to level. Very perfect condition and functionality. The handle feels tight and strong. I would recommend the extra $ for this 360 swirl. It’s like boom! it looks almost like the water is thrown down the drain! I did not use their wax ring. i used the rubber Flushmaster seal. It’s blue and black. **Buy that too when you pick this one up. Be careful anything will flush. Its got power

                                          Very poor quality control
                                          First one purchased new from big box store. Brought it home, opened it up and it had a cracked tank. Ok, maybe it was the store that damaged it. Returned for a replacement. Brought it home, opened it up. Broken base, and the huge chunk missing wasn't even in the box. Clearly broken from the factory. All boxes were factory sealed. Returned for a 3rd replacement. Opened the box, not broken. Installed, turned on the water and it's leaking. Further investigation and it's their gasket on the fill valve that is damaged from being compressed on the inside of the tank with a piece of splattered ceramic. So I'm 3 toilets in, a wasted weekend of 3 trips of loading and unloading toilets now left to deal with customer service so they can hopefully send me a part to fix their mistakes?

                                            My husband loves this toilet, I have not used it as it is in my powder rm. It seems like a good toilet. When my husband said a man's toilet I didn't understand. I know now what he meant by man's toilet. I've always favored the round. I did read reviews, but I don't use the tablets in my toilet or anything to make the water blue. The toilet flushes all waste with no problems so my husband says. So it's a Good buy!

                                            Defective toilet
                                            Few hours after installing the toilet I noticed a clean water leak from the front side of the bowl. I suspected the wax ring didn't seal since there was no leak from the tank. I removed the toilet and reinstalled with a new wax ring. The same thing happened after few hours. After further inspection, I noticed the leak was coming from a patched up place in the porcelain underneath the bowl. This was very frustrating since I had to install it twice just to end up returning the unit.

                                              Toilet seat cracked at factory seam
                                              We purchased 5 of these toilets. We are snowbirds and use two of them 4-6 months out of the year. One cracked at the factory molded seam 2 years after installation. This in in a 2nd bathroom that isn’t used a lot, let alone only for half of the year! I reached out to customer service and they want to charge more than I could purchase a new one for at my local home improvement store. Not good customer service! I Not a good investment if the seats crack!!!!
