Kohler failed with this one. The Arm is to short to hold a full roll of TP. It won’t spin and because the TP butts up against the wall and the arm. I would look at a different brand if I were you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is okay. Ultimately it does what it’s supposed to and holds toilet paper. My first issue with the holder was that it’s rigid in that you can’t rotate the holding arm. Allowing a 180 degree rotation would allow you to choose if you want the arm to face towards the wall or toward the front of the toilet assuming you’re placing it on a plane that’s parallel to the toilet. A ton of hanging parts came with this holder - anchors, screws, and some other items I found unnecessary. The screws were 1.5 inches long which is way too long if your installing this on a cabinet as I was. I ended up having to use shooter screws. At the end of the day it works as expected. It looks great and holds the toilet paper as expected.

Product was as expected. Good delivery and on time. Product in good shape on arrival and easy to install. Satisfied.

We love the look it’s Strong durable and fastening options worked well giving us secure fasteners for tile and sheet rock.

Nice toilet roll holder. I would buy it again

This holds toilet paper like I have never seen before! I'm pretty sure if space aliens came and used my bathroom, that they would be in awe.

We bought this for our bathroom remodel and returned it. The big tp rolls do not turn. Rubs against the wall and the toilet paper decorative part that screws into the wall. Needs to be redesigned. Bought another brand that fits great.

I'm not sure what happened to Kohler quality but this was extremely cheaply made and lightweight. Returned.

Strong , economical flush .

I have tried multiple times to tighten with the hex screw. Seems to just get looser instead of tighter! Love the look but am very frustrated because I cannot get a tight fit.
