Diverter button flies out
The diverter button comes out and there’s no way of screwing it back in. It just remains loose once it flies out and I’m stuck with it in shower mode. Plumber said it’s poorly engineered.

So disappointing
The product is not worth a penny.
Color is pilling out and the push-button divider is coming out completely every time you close the shower.

Push button flies out when shower is turned off.
Every time we use the shower the push button divider button flies out when the shower is turned off. The small little screw that holds it on is worthless. Would love to get a new one, but the item seems to be discontinued.

The button keeps popping out!!!!
I have only lived with it for 2 weeks and the button pops out every 4 days! What is going on??!! I am calling kohler but cannot recommend this as it seems like a huge design flaw! Plumber swears he tightened as much as he could and all we get is 3 days of the button not popping out! Do not buy! This!

Horrible
Because this product is discontinued I can not find a replacement for the shower head which out of the blue just popped off. To replace the entire system it's a small fortune. I emailed Kohler and no one got back to me.

Faucet falls off
I have this in my bathroom, and the main faucet keeps falling off. I tighten the 2 tiny hex screws about once a week. The faucet itself is a heavy solidly built piece. It just does not stay in place.

Beautiful and solid!
