I installed this sink myself, which my wife loved cause it was black and we paired it with a nice black glacier bay faucet. I over like the build quality with how it feels. An issue I have is that it scratches quite easily but feels as if the material is really durable. The scratches do show with a black sink. Second issue I have is the ponding. The water does drain but a good amount sits at the middle to drainage even though nothing is blocking it. Please refer to my photo attached.

Only four months of use and it’s all grated inside the bottom of the sink.

After a short time it stains and is very hard to get rid of. I've followed all directions and suggestions to fix this but it looks 10 years old and is not even a year.

Picked this sink up in store to upgrade from a stainless steel two basin sink, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I haven't had it for very long so i can't speak on the longevity, but so far it has been great. The material is a true matte black and looks beautiful. The basin is very deep, and I am finally able to wash large pots and pans with no issues. It is hydrophobic and water beads on the surface, I would recommend getting a squeegee to scrape the water that beads up down the drain.

I was worried that that sink would scratch easily or show water spots but to my surprise it has not. We don’t don’t dry out the sink after each use and it looks spotless. I did purchase a rubber mat for the bottom of the sink to help protect it from my cast iron skillet. There have been times the rubber mat wasn’t in the sink and still no scratching. I am glad I took a chance. This sink looks so much more elegant than my 20 year old double sided stainless sink that was all scratched up.

I purchased and installed this sink 1 year ago today and one of the happiest purchases i have made. It is tough and stood up to a kitchen remodel and I even caught my husband and son rinsing paint brushes out in it. I about died but it washed right out and they will not ever attempt that again. I cook everyday and use this sink for everything. No scratches and easy to clean. I use cast iron cookware and still no scratches or chips. I do scrub weekly sometimes more depending on use with dish soap and a scrub brush and then rinse out with water. Once a month i will use orange oil to bring out the shine and keep water spots off. Just had to say I love this sink

This sink looked good new; after a month of wear, it was clear it was made to encourage me to buy their coating to maintain it. Not used to doing anything except keeping my sink clean. There are scratches that the coating only temporarily hides when applied. We bought this house and will be remodeling soon. The sink will be trashed. I like Kohler products. I have 9 Kohler toilets between 2 houses that are great. This product is a looser.

The sink we had before lasted 15 years. This one was bought in October 2022. It already has scratches in the bottom. We are not happy with it at all. The scratches are white which makes us feel like the black is a coating. Do not recommend

I love, love, love this sink!!! I purchased this before reading the reviews and then wished I hadn't. I went ahead and had it installed by a plumber because I hated my stainless steel sink. I don't know if this sink has been revamped since the other reviews but I couldn't be any happier. It's just beautiful and completely changed the look of my kitchen.

Great sink for the price. Unexpectedly it has gold specs that complimented the rest of my kitchen. It’s really deep and hides dirty dishes from afar lol.

Dont buy this! It looks terrible after a few months of using. It has scratches and discolors after normal use. It was very expensive not to mention i had to nuy th drain covers as well, which was also it looks terrible. I reached out to Home Depot and did not get any response.

I’m happy with it except that the finish near the drain hole has started getting lighter in color and looks like a white residue that can’t be removed. I’ve cleaned it with Dawn dish liquid and the Neroc sample cleanser but when the sink is dry the whitish color is most noticeable. I’ve had the sink one month so am disappointed in that. Otherwise I’m happy with the color.

This is a beautiful sink of great quality. When the plumber installed it, he mentioned that the installation did not include sink clips which is how our previous one was installed. It didnt cause any issues as it is held in place with caulk. However, i thought it was worth mentioning We have hard water so i make sure to use the cleaner (neoroc) recomended every now and then as well as a cleaning solution designed to break up calcium deposits. I love the depth and size

The black sink looks great…as long as you don't allow any water to touch the surface! After you drain the water it leaves ugly white stains no matter how much you rinse it down, and after 3 months it has tiny scratches dulling the surface. We complained and they sent us some neorock cleaner. It looked great…until we used it and it left the usual stains. We finally complained so much they at least agreed to send us a gray one. Will fit that next week. Avoid the black sink at all costs!

Just installed a new Kohler Neoroc sink. Cracked w/in a week of first use. Also purchased a bar sink in Neoroc, sides are already scratched and it’s only been used a few times. VERY disappointed.

Pd a professional to install. Within a week it was showing scratches, & a small chip on the upper edge. Its not even black through & through, but white. Now just 3 months later, the scratches make it look like a 20-year-old sink. I've purchased Blanco siligranite before this, & after 10 years, they still don't show scratches. Don't buy! It was the only "stone" composite sink HD was selling at the time. I hope they drop this Kohler, like a hot rock,& go back to carrying Blanco.

The sink scratches easily, which I could live with. But it does not sit flat on my countertop, so at the front of the sink, there is a space between the counter and sink. I have tried all I can think of to make this usable, with no luck. A space between the front of the sink and the countertop is unacceptable.

Woke up today and in the left corner of the sink there was a hole about 2 inches big. Was unfortunately filling the sink to do dishes and walked back in the kitchen to water gushing out of the bottom of my sink. everything is soaked and I am really not happy. I have never heard of anything like this happening. I have only had the sink for 5 months I don't throw anything heavy in the sink that would break it, I wait for pans to cool off before putting them inside. I don't understand...

I purchased this sink three months ago without reading the reviews first because it was on sale and exactly the look that I wanted. When I got it installed and read all the reviews about marks and damage I was horrified to say the least. However, I remained optimistic and purchased the recommended cleaner. Since then, I am extremely happy with this sink! Yes, it may produce water marks if you allow things to sit in it for a long time but this cleaner takes it all away. I unexpectedly had to leave some pans in my sink one weekend and there were rings for the first time. I used the cleaner and it's as good as new! I've seen others say that the cleaner doesn't work but the secret is to use it like furniture polish and not soap. Empty the sink and wipe it dry. Then apply the cleaner to a cloth and polish the sink with it in circular motions. It may require some elbow grease but keep at it. Once finish wipe away any excess cleaner with another clean dry cloth and you are done. I wish I had taken a before picture but this is after cleaning it. Looks as good as day one!

Installing a new sink was definitely a process. I had to cut my counter for this to fit but extremely happy with how it looks.

We purchased this at Home Depot on May 5, 2022. Had it installed the day after, May 6th, 2022. While cleaning it yesterday, July 31st, I felt a crack that is through the sink. THIS IS LESS THAN 90 days after install. I sent an email to Kohler's customer care this morning and have yet to hear from anybody. It seems a common problem based on many reviews of comments and pics. We thought it would be our last sink purchase in our lifetime. Very disappointed.

The sink looked and functioned fine for about 4 months then developed a v shaped stress crack along the back center. I am single and don't cook often, so the sink has seen only occasional light normal use. BTW, it is narrow and I know it looks like a scratch in the attached photo. It is definitely cracked all the way through. It just started and will likely spread over time.

don't buy this! the finish is a joke. if you leave something in here overnight, like a plate that's been rinsed with no debris, a visible outline will develop. I've cleaned it according to Kohler guidelines, dawn, vinegar. it just gets whiter and whiter and more scratched no matter how delicate you are with it. I've had it for two months.

Beautiful!!!! Seems like a new kitchen with just a new sink paired with a touchless faucet. The best part being a fresh look without the kitchen remodel price.

Bought this sink February 27th and already have two cracks on it after normal use. We don't even use the garbage disposal. Unfortunately I cannot return this to Home Depot because it is over 90 days already. Do not recommend this product.

Sink looks great but it's impossible to clean. Used Kohler cleaner which made it look even worse. Here's how it looks on a daily basis. DO NOT BUY this horrible sink.
