We chose this particular unit because it matches the base trim and crown moulding in the master bath we just remodeled. Nice stately touches. I don't like to pay for anything unless it starts with "vacation" or" sun and sandy beach". That's why I gave it a fair value rating. I just wish someone would redesign the internal parts to not include a chain. Maybe I should do that. Overall a good, fine working toilet. Practical and yet stately looking. A perfect match to the room.

I bought this product for the Aquapiston flush technology and the colonial look. I am completely satisfied with its design and operation. installation was easy ( only took about 30 minutes). It looks great in my Master Bathroom. couldn't have made a better choice.

Replaced an 10 year old toilet with this one WHAT a difference, this one flushes very quiet and it only takes one flush, the height is great you are not on the floor. And the recommended toilet seat closes quiet too, and it looks very nice for a toilet. Made a big difference to us.

The bathroom we installed this in is very small and this toilet fit perfectly and did not overwhelm the space. The detail on the top of the tank really plays off the white ceramic and glass tile chair rail that goes around the bathroom that we chose. We installed this about 6 months ago and have never had an issue (no leaks, no running toilet, etc.) We did a vintage theme in the bathroom and this toilet is as pretty as a toilet can be. It was worth the cost to spend a little more to make sure we were 100% happy with the whole look of our bathroom. The price is completely fair and I would recommend this product readily, especially if you are going for a vintage/shabby-chic/traditional look.

So very happy with this purchase. The toilet is not only attractive, but works efficiently. The piston flush system removes all waste completely and quickly. I didn't realize how bad the previous toilet really was until replacing it with this one. I had my plumber install it and he commented on how easily it went in. Am purchasing another one while it's on sale.

Very happy with this toilet. It evacuates the bowl very efficiently, uses only as much water as needed and looks stylish. Very well made. The design is excellent.

I bought 2 different toilets recently and I wish I had bought 2 of the Kohler brand. The piston flush is fast and quiet.

I have only been using my new toilet for about 3 weeks, but I will review it anyway. My contractor had no problem installing my vintage looking comfort height toilet. I love the fact that it only uses a little over 1 gallon of water to flush using the new aqua piston flushing system. I thought it might clog easily, but that is definitely not the case. After installation I noticed a very small flaw on the front edge of the tank cover. I called Kohler and explained the issue with their customer service representative, who promptly said that a new cover would be sent to me, which they did. Kohler products are top of the line and the company stands behind their product.

This toilet was just what I was looking for. It is very solid. The flush handle is metal and feels very sturdy and solid unlike the piece of junk Gerber toilet in my half bath that AHS installed when I was still under contract with them. My plumber said: "Wow. I don't get to install any this nice very often. Usually it's the 80 dollar specials from Lowe's or Home Depot that people end up complaining about for years because they don't work right." I've seen some reviews that say the toilet is noisy when flushing but I don't find that to be true. This is one of the new tech flushing systems that has some power behind it which is what enables it to flush so effectively with so little water [I'm no engineer - that's just my speculation]. But I imagine what some people are complaining about is the suction noise in this regard that happens when it flushes. That does not bother me and after that happens the tank fill is very quiet. The savings in water is well worth a minor amount of suction noise. This, as you can see in the pics, is also a stunningly gorgeous toilet. Beautiful design and lines. I like it so much I am planning to get a sink from American Standard to match it or nearly so anyway. BTW, the exact matching sink for this toilet, the Kohler Memoirs pedastal sinks have a bad problem of cracking after a few months. Check the reviews on those. Some of the reviews have pics to prove it so go with Am Stan for that. I also got a great toilet seat for this unit from Home Depot. The Bemis STA-TITE Round Closed Front Toilet Seat in White/Nickel I really like but I would have preferred open front but they didn't have any. Okay my ONLY regret with this toilet, and it's a big one, is that I did not get the elongated version [my plumber even said "I'm surprised you didn't get the elongated version"]. I've never had one and the price diff was almost 90 bucks so I opted not to and now regret it. Not sure why my brain wasn't working better in that regard. A lousy 90 bucks to have a REAL throne. Oh well. Ya win some ya lose some. Get the elongated unless you're putting it in a very small space. I still love the toilet and the ADA approved height is just terrific especially for a guy in his 50s.

This toilet was a great purchase! I am 5'9" tall so this height is perfect! The look is classic and modern and it is easy to clean. I had someone install it and it took about 2 hours. Would definitely recommend this product.

I wanted a round toilet in my mudroom since I needed easy access to an open closet that sits next to this toilet. I save about 3" in length with the round opposed to an elongated and I think it will make a difference. The toilet is attractive and flushes well. One quick flush for liquids and small solids and hold down the handle a second or two longer for bigger solids....sorry if this grosses anyone out. The reason I gave 4 stars for quality is that the front of my base comes to a small point where the two sides of the porcelain bowl were fused together. Almost looks like second quality. I didn't have time to reorder so I installed the toilet anyway. Still disappointed that the base has a small "nose" in the front. Easy install and very pretty toilet. I have the elongated Memoirs with the "stately" tank lid in my powder room.

This is not only a stately looking Kohler toilet but super functional. The flusher empties the 1.28 gallon tank wtaer in about 1.28 seconds and the bowl is empty. I will probably replace the toilet in the 2nd bath with the same Kohler model.

We paid a little more for the Kohler brand name but it looks great and is well worth the money. The install was relatively easy. We will likely buy the same toilet for the remaining toilets that need replacing in our house.

Beautiful piece of porcelain...the price was more than we wanted to invest but after I installed it (installation was a cinch) it looks beyond lovely in our bathroom. I'm going to purchase another once we start renovating our attic!

We've had two toilets arrive with damage. The first one had a damaged tank. The second had damage to the base/bowl. Your shipping folks need to work with more care. I now have to have plumbers come back. I'll need to return to the store a fourth time. The service folks at the store have been great to work with. Today's return took a little too long but the reps were all very nice.

It was broken when picked up at store.

I had to order the toilet 3 times. Every time it was received the toilet seat or tank were damaged.

Please shop somewhere else if you plan on ordering Kohler Products to be delivered by Home Depot! This is our seventh bathroom remodel over the last 3-4 yrs purchasing very nice/expensive toilets, sinks, pedestal sinks, lamps, mirrors, etc. EVERY TIME....Home Depot has delivered boxes with broken Toilet bowls & tanks, sinks, pedestals for sinks, etc. - not once but on some cases it has taken us upwards up 4-5 reorders before one arrived intact!!! And their response is simply reorders & delays.

These toilets are very attractively made, but it took 3 orders (two weeks at a time) as they kept coming in broken. I finally got one that wasn't broken installed and had to buy another model for my master bath. Cracking from I'm guessing too much tightening at factory when they installed trip handles. No quality control, I guess.

Very pleased thus far!! Most of all I'm pleased with the Customer Service (as I explained a lot of delays). The gentleman that delivered were detail very kind - I would like for them to be recognized for that...

Paid a lot more than average price for these particular toilets and waited two weeks for delivery, only to have them arrive in beat up boxes (problem should have been obvious to the delivery driver) and both toilets were broken - one toilet bowl cracked and upper section cracked on the other one. Disappointed with the delivery. Went to a local Home Depot and bought two toilets they had in stock.

Ordered it twice…shipped broken twice. No padding in the box to protect the toilet. Tried ordering a 3rd and final time, they were out. So disappointed. I still want the toilet. :(
