Nicely designed toilet.
The toilet is nicely designed and the color we picked goes well with our house. It is nice to be able to pick from a variety of colors for a toilet instead of the usual boring white or beige colors. The toilet is a little noisy upon the initial flushing, but the noise goes away quickly and flushing is thorough. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

Small, but I needed a small commode. I’m not large, but there’s barely enough room to sit on the seat, front to back. Feels sturdy, good support to your bottom. Seemed easy for my plumber to install. The seal in the tank was bad, and I had to have it replaced!! That’s just wrong.

Engineering marvel!
From a nerdy engineer who has taken classes in fluid dynamics, I am amazed at the efficiency of this toilet. Using less water volume and producing a stronger flush, with a coefficient of friction incredibly low....bottom line, whatever's in there, no matter how bad it looks is gone in a couple seconds without a trace. Impressive!

Kohler Toilet Review
Beautiful design. Excellent 360 degree flush but a bit gulpy at the end. Advanced flush and refill mechanism seems sturdy, but wondering about lifespan. Really fast water resupply. Installation a breeze. Slow close seat a definite plus. Surprisingly, the price is probably mid range for "regular" toilets these days. I recommend.

This toilet looks very stylish. The single piece is nice clean (no crevices for gunk to collect on). The comfort height and elongated seat are great for a taller person. My only complaint about this toilet is it is exceptionally pricey! But I decided to splurge.

Great modern design
I bought this toilet because I like the design of a one-piece toilet especially the rounded pedestal. The height of this model fits comfortably under the shelf that extends from my vanity.

Great Product
We bought this with our bathroom renovation. The original delivered product was destroyed in shipping and Kohler immediately replaced it within a week. They truly have unparalleled customer service. The unit itself is very solid and the pressure it gets when flushing is amazing for a toilet this size. Very comfortable.

Barely flushes- too little water in the bowl.
I bought a Kohler San Socci toilet two weeks ago. I need to flush solid waste twice. There is way too little water in the bowel. It barely flushed at all. I had to hire a second plumber to install a new fill valve. It still barely flushed. Nothing flushes like a Toto toilet.
I give it zero stars.

Hello Peter 13, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am sorry for the low water in the bowl issue with your San Souci toilet. This happens when the refill hose in the tank is not positioned correctly. The left end of the hose is attached to the fill valve and the right end must be inserted into the top of the canister flush valve. If it is hanging down in the water outside of the canister, or inside the canister but not in the top holder, not enough water is directed into the bowl after the flush to prepare the toilet for the next flush.
