Works as expected, the overall appearance is modern and attractive. My only grievance is that it doesn’t feel as sturdy as my previous Kohler sink faucet.

The faucet broke during install. Holding it by the neck as it was the baseplate was tightened and torqued in.

Within 2 months of installing the touch less faucet, the hose began leaking/spraying water. Water sprays from the hose on to my countertops when in use.

The button to switch between normal and spray modes broke just over a year of use, 14 months to be exact.

I purchased this product in brushed gold. It appears much more like a champagne bronze, especially when placed near other Kraus products (like the soap dispenser in my provided picture, which it is supposed to match). Aside from that it is great quality.

We just installed the Kraus Commercial Style Kitchen Faucet into our personal home kitchen. I was please with the quality of the faucet at first sight. It is not flimsy or weak. It is solid! It is heavy duty! Installation was quite easy. When you open the box, the faucet seems really large and maybe even too big for your kitchen. But, when it gets in stalled, its a thing of beauty. Cleaning around the faucet is simple and do build up of soap or gunk is hanging around. The pull down sprayer meets every corner of my sink and then some. I am very pleased with this product. I highly recommend it.

Build quality is fantastic. Installation was a breeze in granite. Mated with the undermount Blanco sink. Water pressure is adequate with the 2.5 gpm washer on the hose. The only issue I have is the reach of the hose with a deep undermount sink. You have to pull quite hard to overcome the spring tension to get down low. I fear this could lead to damage of the hose. If the spring was a tad more compliant I would rate it 5 stars. It is still a very good faucet for the money.

Though this faucet is practical, functional and well-designed, it's also very elegant. Installation wasn't difficult. The swivel, faucet, etc, are a smooth as butter. The only problem we had was that the hot water didn't work and when my husband unhooked the hot water line, the filter washer was torn around the edges. Perhaps he over-tightened, we don't really know. We couldn't find a way to buy the part on the Kraus website so I called the company to see if we could buy a couple of them. The company has great customer service! I was on hold for a bit but when the rep came on the line, he filled out a claim for me and registered our product. He told me they'd send out a couple if I replied to his email with our purchase receipt and number off the hose line. I did that right away and am hopeful they send the parts. In the meantime, we've used the old washer to keep the line from leaking until the replacement part arrives. Faucets aren't probably all that exciting to the average American who has always had hot & cold water at their fingertips but I find happiness in convenience and technology every day. This faucet and the company are both outstanding!

I love my new kitchen faucet. We installed it without using the face plate and are very happy with the clean line. It compliments the stainless steel farmhouse sink. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I am very satisfied with my faucet. It had all the qualities I wanted- stainless hose, extends far enough into the sink to avoid splash on the granite, spray turns on and off at the nozzle, not so high that it looks disproportionately large for my island and a support bar for my sink wiping towel. I purchased a second one for the laundry room sink- same quality and satisfaction :)

I enjoy the "drop down" look that it has and the spot free stainless steel. The only issue is that where I circled in the picture it seems to be a little loose? I'm not sure if that is just this particular one we bought, or if it's in the design. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I love the clean, modern lines of this faucet, it looks amazing with my new countertops and the matching Kraus SST sink (KHU123-32). Smooth, high quality operation. VERY easy to install and the SST finish looks amazing. LOVE IT and highly recommend. I have received many compliments!!!

The three are not mutually exclusive. This high quality faucet arrive gorgeously packaged. It was a breeze to install. It very durable. Sooo attractive I posted it first selfie.

Love the stainless steel look and feel which went perfectly with our cabinet handles and stainless appliances. Was one of only a few models that featured a stainless flexible tubing under spring which is better for cleaning. Very easy one hand one off and dual spray make for a convenient dish and hand washing experience. Only compliant would be faucet body under spray holder arm little loose fitting and shaky in sagital plane despite contractor attempting to tighten. Overall great bang for the buck!

Both Kraus products exceeded my expectations! The sink is everything wanted. The faucet coordinates perfectly! Great combination.

Just replaced a Moen pull-out faucet. Not saying anything bad about Moen, because I think it was poorly installed, but this Britt faucet is absolutely fantastic. Super easy installation (no basin wrench necessary). Clean look. If there's a downside, the faucet set place is a little low, but honestly it might be perception because im not used to a pull down faucet head. Overall, it's beautiful and im so excited to have added this piece to my kitchen.

Just refinished our cabinets and installed new granite countertops so it was time to select a new faucet to meet with an appropriate style and function to match. This is exactly what I had in mind and although just installed for 24 hours I love it!

I am in love with this faucet. It has great accessibility for the user and it also is fingerprint and smudge resistant. I just remodeled my laundry room and installed new cabinets, sink, and... this "Britt" faucet. It's beautiful and feels very high quality. I have been using it for about 2 weeks. The spray settings are very handy. Of course, in addition to being a great product, it looks extremely high end. It was the perfect compliment to my new space. I am someone that is rather particular about my purchases, and I can say most certainly that I will purchase more Kraus products in the future. You won't be disappointed with this faucet.

We like the elegant, yet simple style of this faucet with its stainless steel hose and easy docking of the spray head. It easily reaches all the corners of our 25 inch farmhouse sink. The spray function works well.

Our faucet is as described. It was missing pieces. We contacted customer service. Ship time was lengthy. They sent replacement pieces and still forgot the most crucial piece. Which is the mounting element and nut. It’s not fun having a family and doing dishes with a halfway installed faucet. Save yourself the headache and choose a brand that ideally will send all the parts the first time, perhaps even the second time, but the third time… well
