Gold faded off faucet head, the black rubber nozzle piece came off and water flow is low.

Improper function
It looks great and worked to begin. Bought it about a year ago. Motion detector is hit or miss, and you can’t run the faucet manually bypassing it. Issues started about 6 months in. Now, wiring has to be disconnected and reconnected about 75% of the time to run, otherwise doesn’t work. Battery replacement doesn't help. Got it for about $330 then as an investment. It’s been incredibly frustrating to use now, and a return would not be accepted at this point.

Beautiful faucet. I'm very happy with my purchase. The water pressure is low, but I imagine there is some kind of water saver valve in there somewhere. I love the pull down feature and the spray button. The finish is lovely. It is a high faucet, so make sure to measure properly so you have room above the sink.

Sensor box and leak in sprayer
I had this installed over a year ago and first the sensor box stopped working and now there is a leak in the sprayer. I was pleased with this until things slowly started to break down. I called about the sensor box which is on back order and will try to get a new washer for the sprayer. Overall, I am disappointed that this broke down after one year.

Great faucet with 1 design flaw.
We have had the faucet for a couple of years, it functions and looks great. The only problem is that the filter washer is located under the sink where the hose attaches to the faucet. That makes it difficult to remove and clean the screen. Normally, the screen would be located in the sprayer head. Very poor design choice.

Nice Product, Difficult to find parts
The faucet itself looks and functions great. The only issue I have is that you have to contact their customer service to obtain parts. It seems kind of silly that they wouldn't offer common replacement parts for sale that I could grab locally. It is rather frustrating when you need your sink to work but have to wait 1-3 days for shipping and then another few days to get to you. I wish I would have chosen a brand that has parts readily available.

This faucet is very pretty, however. it was defective as it leaked cold water from the cold water line. I bought a second faucet, swapped it out, and the new one leaked from the cold AND the hot water lines. I returned them both, bought a more expensive Kohler, it works fine, no leaks.

More than likely the water supply valves you have in your home were to shallow for the supply line nuts that are included with our faucet, this could be remedied easily with the use of an additional washer to seal the joint, we can assist you with acquiring the extra washer.

Faulty nozzle
Loved the faucet when we first installed it 6 months ago. Last month I noticed the button for the purified water started to stick and wouldn't always turn off on the first try. Now a month later the button is stuck and I have had to turn off the cold water to my kitchen sink to prevent it from constantly running out of the filter nozzle.
