Solid Brand
I had low expectations due to price point and the low quality of everything in general now, but this dispenser is shockingly nice and well built. Its been in use for many months with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend. HD shoud carry in stores.

I have to pump and prime this dispenser to get the soap to up.
I am disappointed in the amount of times I have to pump for soap to dispense. Now the little plastic ring have fallen out from somewhere. I don't know where it goes. Can't find directions to put it back in place.

Installation should have been easier, but the ring would not...
Installation should have been easier, but the ring would not completely meet the bottom of sink. Filling is a bit of a challenge.

Nice quality product. Strong spring tension, refillable from the top, stain resistant, aesthetically pleasing. Just what I needed since the sink and faucet combo I purchased did not come with a soap dispenser.

A robust countertop dispenser
I have three of these in my house. Two of them I have had for 5 years. They work perfectly with the soap I use. They are plenty sturdy.

The Kraus kitchen soap dispenser is well made and performing as expected. Our sink and faucets are Kraus made and all performing exceptionally well. We are very pleased with the Kraus brand.

Kitchen sink soap dispenser
We have had our dispenser installed for almost 2 years and LOVED it, but it wont pump anymore. we have tried everything, but cannot get it to work. Ad says "for a lifetime of no worries" - nope. It is under warranty for 1 year. There is a reason for that.
