Love my new faucet. I was able to install w/o my husband's help. It is beautiful. The touchless feature works great and the faucet itself looks great! (I used command strips to secure battery box) If I could change anything I wish it had an optional plug in for the faucet.

I am blown away at how handy this faucet is. It works so well, and I love the different features it has. Well worth it!

We absolutely love this faucet! The color is a beautiful soft gold- not yellow at all. The touch feature is an amazing addition! It’s perfect for when your hands are full. I was skeptical at first on whether it would work well but we have had it and heavily used it for over a month and it works great. Every sink should have this feature!

The look is awesome! I read a lot of reviews to determine which faucet was best for me, water pressure was important. Installation was so easy and quick. Several reviews talked about the plastic anchors, this issue has been resolved they are now medal which was a nice surprise. This has been a great addition to my kitchen, love the look.

We have used this faucet for 2 years now. Paired it with Krauss' KP1TS33S-2 top mount sink. After many years of looking for a commercial faucet to put in our kitchen, we settled on the Oletto. It was super easy to install, the faucet hose actually extends out to 24 1'2" for us, (which is very helpful when washing the hounds) but your mileage may vary there. It hasn't dripped, leaked, or clogged, even with our hard water. It's a breeze to clean, could rotate 360* if we didn't have a wall in the way, has infinite temp control, a stream or spray option head that can be rotated or angled a little if needed, even the cartridges are easily accessed, should you ever need to change them - which we have not so far. It's tall enough, with the sink it's paired to, to get a 36qt. stock pot underneath for filling or cleaning, yet not so tall as to need a red light on top of it (if you've shopped commercial faucets, you know what I mean). It's built as heavily as a commercial, as functional as a commercial, as reliable as a commercial, without the ridiculous investment cost or mechanical room sex appeal of an actual commercial faucet. It even looks great with a bunch of useless crap piled on a shelf behind it during install - picture included for reference. Get it. Use it. You'll love it.

We were generally pleased with the Faucet until the handle shaft broke off. Considering the price paid for this Faucet it seems quite unreasonable that this should break within such a short period of time.

I love this faucet. When it came in the box, I pulled it out and it looked enormous! Installed it looks perfect. Love that the button for spraying keeps it on until you want it off. The spring keeps the nozzle snug and has just the right tension. The handle has a great feel. Really upgraded my kitchen!

We have had this faucet for over a year now, and it has performed and held up very well. The installation was easy, and it's easy to keep clean. In addition, the water flow is substantially better than our old faucet and it pulls out farther.

The black granite sink added such a high quality touch to our new kitchen. So impressed with the quality of both!

This unit was installed by my plumber without any problems. It’s size doesn’t overwhelm my sink nor obstruct the view out of my kitchen window. The on off lever enables me to operate the water temp and flow with a wrist when my hands are messy. I’m happy with it, but can’t comment on its longtime reliability.

Just installed this faucet today and love it! Looks sleek and expensive and really dresses up my kitchen. Water stream is nice and strong. Never installed a kitchen faucet before and installation was really easy. Even though I had an assistant, I honestly think I could have done it on my own, it was that easy. The base bracket tightens from ABOVE the counter so you won't be struggling under your sink trying to tighten locking screws while at the same time trying to keep the faucet centered--nice, if you have a lot of piping and garbage disposal to work around. It actually took me way longer just to disconnect and remove the old faucet. Only issue we had (which was no fault of this product) is that the hole in my granite seemed to be just slightly smaller than 1 and 3/8", the minimum diameter required for the base--I'm talking like less than 1/2 millimeter too small. I went back to the HD and purchased a Pro Diamond Grit File (by QEP brand) for about $16 and with minimal effort I was able to file the hole so that base could easily drop in. I'm planning to install the matching soap dispenser where the existing air gap apparatus currently sits.

This faucet is well made and packaged, with clear illustrated installation instructions. I replaced a faucet that simply looked worn-out; the difference is striking as this chrome unit sparkles! I just ordered 2 new matching Kraus soap dispensers from the Home Depot online as my older ones look shabby in comparison. I appreciated that instead of fastening the faucet to the counter from underneath this unit attaches from the top of the counter, saving awkward work behind the sink. Installation was a snap; small hex wrenches were included in the box.

Somebody finally figured out that most DIYers don't particularly care to lie on their backs in a cramped cabinet area to secure a faucet set from underneath the kitchen sink; the design of this faucet resolves that and much more! I like everything about it: 1) Kit design for easy installation; hoses already attached inside faucet, faucet mount secured from above sink 2) High quality finish 3) Color coded supply lines - red/hot, blue/cold 4) Putty plate/cover allow installation on a sink with 3-holes - 10" 5) No separate sprayer nozzle; 4th hole in sink now has a liquid soap dispenser (not part of faucet kit) 6) Smooth operation of controls and sprayer sliding back in place - extends about 12" 7) Push button changes flow from stream to spray pattern 8) Product carries a limited lifetime warranty I recommend this product.

Like the title, the chrome style finish makes this the prettiest part of the kitchen sink - has a lot of good looking style and attractively valued. The water flow is nice and sharp and crisp compared to the old pull out faucet. It has a clever installation which led to easier installation the unit through the hole and the base plate. . Looks sharp. The challenge to the project is remembering how to remove the old unit, working in a congested space underneath the sink, shutting off water to the house because I have the wrong valve underneath, making two trips to buy the right valve, clearing out space of all the junk underneath. Otherwise, the installation is a snap! I've lived in the same house for the last 20+ years and have changed the kitchen faucet many times. My tip is to get a good quality and stylish brand to off set the challenge of replacing these. Best of luck!

I bought this three years ago. I liked the design. Very clean and simple. My only concern was the the handle. The diameter appeared relatively small. Well after three years, it broke off. Impossible to glue back.

I updated our older faucet that had a separate spray nozzle to this Oletta style and it is so much easier to use. I love how the sprayer pulls down with ease, has great pressure and also returns into the faucet with ease. The matte black doesn't show water spots and it is very easy to keep clean. I would highly recommend this faucet!

I asked my plumber to check on why the water flow on our Oletto single- lever pull-out faucet was becoming increasingly slow when he came over to give us an estimate on replacing our kitchen sink. We thought our problem was in the pipes, but when he looked at the faucet he said the filter needed to be cleaned out, but that the the faucet was poorly so designed it is very difficult to clean out and would not recommend buying a Kraus faucet again. He did recommended replacing our sink with a Kraus sink, as he said they are one of the best stainless sinks on the market. One month later the faucet is slow again, so now we have to replace this 3 year old faucet with another brand he recommends.

Was happy in the beginning, but after a few months the spray nozzle's button fails to work. It is stuck in the stream mode, but the volume of water is half of what it was... Unless you squeeze the button really hard. Good money literally down the drain.

I received two faucets that had the same exact problem. Very low pressure when using hot water. KPF-2631 Oletto model. Finally had to choose a different model to get a working faucet. KPF-1691 Britt model. Was without hot water in kitchen for 3 weeks. Kraus refused to publish my original review that contained much more detail.

Beautiful and functional. Resists water stains as promised.

Very nice and well made. The only thing I do not like is the need to turn the sprayer button to lock the spray on, so I’m dropping a star. One thing I really like is the installation ease, where you do not have to tighten from below while trying to keep the faucet straight from the top.

The quality is not great. It’s not substantive; rather delicate, so every day use can be a problem.

The handle fell off and it can't be screwed back in, I guess the grooves inside the faucet wore down, not even 17 months after installation. I love the design, but ...

Easy to use and very versatile. The sprayer can be pulled out very far and enables you to reach every corner of the sink below.

Best faucet ever. It replaces an almost identical but much pricier one by a different maker with a water-saving feature (read the very fine print far down) which made the flow impractically low.

I am very Satisfied with with Faucet. 2 years old. A Couple of Days ago the Stem on the Faucet head came off the Head. What is the Remedy?? Thanks. Earl Williams

Faucet was faulty. After the faucet was installed, water would not run from the tap. The contactor concluded that the faucet was bad, I had to run over to home depot to return it and get a more expensive one that I wouldn't want to buy in the store. I mean a brand new faucet faulty!!. I wanted to have the same brand name sink and faucet, but since I have to urgently purchase another faucet, I just pick the one that is available in store.
