POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- BEWARE
If thinking about ordering Kirsch through Home Depot. DO NOT! The product itself is just fair, and the customer service will truly make it a miserable experience if you need their help. The reps that come to your home do not know their products. She did not even know to recommend a room darkening shade in a room right at street level. Also, they are completely helpless once they have sold the curtain to you. They say they are comparable to Hunter Douglas products. 100% not. Customer service supervisors hide behind the front line and do not care to help resolve any issues. First ever bad review of a company.

    very Unprofessional
    We fixed an appointment with Krisch (Rockwood Shutters is the vendor) for measurement and the estimate. They didny bothet to come on time and were delayed by an hour to which we have to reschedule and to our disappointment again, they were again an hour delayed for the next appointment too which wasted one week and again we couldn’t accommodate their will in our calendar. What a great start! Ig this is their professionalism, we would like to stay away from them. Good thing is we got to know their behavior before giving our money yo them. I don’t recommend this vendor to anyone. Stay away.

      Awesome Shades
      These shades were installed on our sun porch. We were able to choose a great matching color as well as how much sun blocking we wanted. We are so glad that we also got the automatic raise and lower feature. We love them.

        Home Depot has not followed through
        We ordered custom window coverings for our whole house back in September 2021. We finally had them installed on December 1, 2021 , which was a few weeks later than we were told. One of our sliders we ordered electric motorized shades. After install, we asked where was the remote. They stated they did not pack the remote and the office will mail it out right away. Well today we are now 5 months into all the excuses and no shows for the remote. They have scheduled 2-3 times to come to our house to install the remote and called the same day and say they don't have the remote to install. We have spoke to management at Home Depot asking for a refund. No one is taking responsibility for this situation. We paid extra for an electric based blind and we do not have what we ordered. This will be our last time ordering from Home Depot. Very disappointing.
