This hat is honestly the best made beanie i've ever worn. It is very heavy-weight materials. It is thick and wind-proof on the ears. Fits nice and snug on the head. Holds lots of sweat in. Made for very cold tempuratures. It is machine washable. No quality was left out when this beanie was made. I've been wearing mine for two weeks i would not put another beanie on.

I must say this is an easy review to do. I've been really excited to receive this Knit hat. I have been walking my dog several times a day and in the evening as well. It has been really cold out but we keep going. I have tried sweatshirts with hoods etc, but it still let the cold wind in. I walk at the beach so a breeze comes up quickly. This hat is so comfortable, not like the old style wool cap that make your head itch. It fits great, and looks good too. I would suggest this item to everyone. The pictures don't do this had justice but it was night down at the marina.

Received the cap towards the end of the cold season. This is an excellent warm cap. Since it is one size for all, I have a small head and it pulled down deep onto my neck which was great for being in a windy environment. Cap is very warm, and sits snug on head around ears, or neck depending on how it is placed. I dropped it on my shop floor and the fibers picked up the sawdust very quickly... It holds onto it very well and I had to pick the shavings off of the cap since dusting wouldn't release them.. Small price to pay for a great cap.

I’ll be honest with you, this is the thickest beanie/knit hat you’ll find on the market. If your intention is to keep your head warm, look no further. Material is so soft and smooth, you could wipe a baby’s button with it, it’s that soft. It has a nice fit to it, one size fits all. This will definitely keep the cold air out, and also will reduce sound nearby due to its thickness. Lol

I have had all kinds of knit hats, but this one is the best. Extra thick and warm on the coldest days. Fits really well and looks even better. High quality product that wears well and keeps my head warm. Klein is known for quality products and this is no different, another quality product from a good company. Not just for men, ladies can look good in it too.

This hat is surprizingly light weight for the thickness and feel. The extra wide brim is great for colder weather, as it can be pulled down to protect your ears as well as your neck. It is quite soft feeling, and that is great as not to be or feel scratchy. Be sure to read care label inside hat, as it tells you the correct way to give long life and keep it sharp looking.

Klein is well know for their professional trade tools, particularly tools for the electric trade. But they also have a full range of accessory items that are similarly top notch. One of them is their Knit Hat. Heavier weight than any of my current knit hats, this one is silky smooth (made of 90% polyester and 10% spandex) and fits like a glove. It’s incredibly warm and comfortable. While it does have a small yellow Klein tag on it, it’s mostly black, except for the really nice “Klein Tools” patch on it. Real cool. It will be my go to hat for the balance of the winter.

You'd think a black knit cap is a black knit cap is a black knit cap. But this is absolutely the HEAVIEST knit cap I've ever planted on my head. My regular knit stocking cap weighed in at about 2 ounces, it barely moved my postal scale. The Klein Tools Heavy Knit Cap is almost eight ounces. And it isn't just the weight that impresses me, it's the tightness of the weave and the quality of the stitching. If you work or play outdoors in the winter this will definitely keep the heat in. Sometimes I pull my caps down fully then roll up the band so I have a form-fit on the crown of my head. But this has the Klein Tools patch positioned so you will not want to do that, so you'll have a little air space at the top - but the weave is so tight that it will stay warm at the crown. Just a warm, quality cap. Oh - there is no hi-vis yellow trim in this. Unless they mean the orange tag as seen in the photo. So don't rely on this for conspicuity.

When Klein says this is a "Heavy Knit" hat, they are not kidding. This is a polyester tuque that contains more fabric than what's typically in my long johns. It keeps my head as warm as toast and breathes just as good as a wool cap. The fit is luxurious and the Klein patch on the front makes it stand out from my other tuques. The stitching is tight, accurate and unobtrusive. This is my go-to cap when I need maximum warmth for working outside. Heck, I would not hesitate to wear it while snow boarding or skiing. The deep black color may not be flashy but it adds to the hat's function by absorbing sunlight. This tuque has it all... form, fit and function.

I received this in good condition. The hat is heavy in feel. The weave of the fabric is quite tight and there is a stretchy feel to it. It’s thick. It’s warm and pulls down over the ears. It’s made in China. It has a sewn in Klein tools patch which measures 2 inches in diameter, and a small bright orange Klein tools label which is visible for about 1 inch on the flap of the cuff. Wash and dry instructions are on the inside label. It’s made of 98% polyester and 2% Spandex. I only just received this, so it’s hard to tell in the long run how long it will last, whether it will keep elasticity, and whether the fabric will pill. Overall, so far I like this hat for cold weather.

I was under the impression that it was fire resistant and it was not. Other than that it was a toboggan.

I have bought many different sock hats over the years. Many different brands and styles. None of them kept my head warm near as well as this one! Very heavy and very well insulated! Love it!

Heavy and thick. Runs large which is good since I have a huge head lol. This is even thicker than those carthart beanies
