I've bought my portable 10,009 btu air conditioner a couple of weeks ago. The unit is larger than expected, but the performance is superior to any window ac unit. We set the unit up in the bedroom. When the unit is running the noise is minimal. You really can't call it noise because it is so quiet. Unlike most window units, the room does not have cold or warm spots. The room temperature appears to be consistent. The LG portable ac unit is amazing. Best cooling experience ever! Highly recommend this product.

Unit fits nicely in living room under the main window

Second LG we have purchased. The first is now four years old and still going strong. These units are relatively quiet and very reliable.

Really like the unit. Quiet compared to my previous window unit and easy to install. I like like de-humidifier feature and cools well for my room size. LG had been a quality brand in my book.

AC works well and is so much quieter than the one i had previously. I'm very pleased with this purchase, price, and delivery.

I purchased this unit about a month and a half ago. It works well, cools the room down, and is quieter than my old window unit. I had a little trouble with the exhaust tube, but it was a minor issue. I haven't tried the wifi features yet.

The LG Airconditioner with inverter is the best Air condition I have bought. We made, looks great and the variable invertor makes to quieter then non-inverter Air Conditioners. Save money too. I recommend you get one!

This unit does not have any kind of a drain hose for outside drainage. I am gone for extended amount time in the summer so I cannot run it when not there to keep cool and and the humidity low. We got this unit to relace another LG unit which was defective after a few months. The same unit was on their website but unavailable and had to get something else. Couldn't speak to anyone to get a comparable model. Very disappointed with the overall experience with LG

Definitely powerful enough to feel the effects quickly even in a large room with high ceilings.

The bedroom stays cool at night. It was easy to drain water from the unit after a month in service. It got maybe a small tea cup of water.

Efficient , beautiful with optional settings my LG air conditioner saved me this summer. I named it ICE BOX ! I appreciate the "sleep". setting .

Error CH38 after 1.5 years. LG says "non economical repair". Useless now.

Works as advertised, love having a cool house on hot summer days.
