I don't like the wash cycle settings. If I had paid better attention to them I would not have purchased the washer and dryer.

Washer dryer work great

We purchased the dryer 3 weeks ago and has worked as advertised.

I bought the dryer two months. Love, love love it. I love the large capacity drum, the quietness when running and the short time needed to dry loads. Turbo is the best.

Very Nice dryer, but I can’t get smart feature to work, I spent over 10 hours trying to get it working and with customer support which is a joke!

All I can say is wow. This will do anything you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in November and I am so happy that I did. I like the efficiency of it. It automatically selects the time to dry a big load. Although sometimes I select the 'timed' dry to High/40 mins and when it's done it is really dry NOT moist or damp. It is energy efficient. I don't have any big gas/electric bill even when I do my laundry 3 medium loads a week and few big loads on weekends. It also notifies me on my phone when it's done.

After a couple of months, it works well, nice options and drys well

I bought this as a set. I love the color, the function of steam fresh is wonderful. I can't always get to the clothes when there done and the steam function really cuts down on wrinkles. I would recommend this to anyone . Thanks for the rebate as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my gas dryer a month and half ago, I really do love how how fast it dries my old dryer took forever.

The dryer is awesome—no complaints. But Home Depot delivery? Absolutely dreadful. Their deliver crews must be paid by the delivery rather than the time, because they were desperate to just drop it and go. I ended up having to pay my super to install it. Get the dryer, but buy it from somewhere else!

Horrible experience with this unit. Unit purchased in November of 2021. Unit failed in February of 2024. Contacted the Home Depot/Allstate extended warranty (purchased a 5 year plan) and it has been a complete disaster. Was instructed to hire an appliance repair company and pay for the repair out of pocket. Did exactly as instructed and now the extended warranty company (which was purchased from Home Depot as well) are refusing to reimburse for the repair. Complete nightmare experience.

This dryer works well but be aware that the washer that matches the dryer cannot have the door switched to open the opposite way. So unfortunately I have to work around the washer door to empty it in order to load my dryer which is to the left of the washer.
