        dryer did not produce heat eventhough installer told me it did. Called the next day, but the call was never recorded. Every person I talk to tells me a different story and I am getting the run around three weeks later. Every person tells me something that is not not accurate and does not happen. Had to have the dryer returned, buy a new one. This is all supposed to happen this Saturday and my credit card is supposed ot be credited for the dryer I purchased, but I have no faith this is going to work out. Given the hours I have been on the phone for the last few weeks, and all the aggrivation and false informatoin, I should not be paying a dime for this next dryer. I was given a 10% discount which is so minimal and disappointing.

              Dryer no heat
              this dryer is less then 3 years old, it was working good until yesterday has a bad surprise NO HEAT cold air only and cool light & clean filter slow sense light stays on , Call LG 800 Numbers they walked us thru check all the steps still not able to get heat, each steps they asked us to do we did, it took 7 calls 6 frustrations hours now we have supper clean lint filter inside out, it is as clean as it was new, customer service now transfer us to the tech to schedule for repair, thats said its gonna cost us $349.00 I'm very disappointed the dryer less then 3 years old and now we have tom pay an another $349.00 for repairs, thats was more then I expected. my husband thought maybe going LG Facebook see if we can get more help with this problem, but unfortunately it only loop us back to 800 numbers, this was not helpful we had been on that route 7x already, we had a old dryer was 20 + years old and it was still working never give us a problem, we only replaced it because the washer finally retired, so we decided to just replace both unit. this was a bad choice of model it come a such bad surprise the new LG don't even have 3 years of use short live. ... this did not meet our quality expectation. or the value for the money, and or service from LG. don't waste your time on FB to LG if you've already call #800 at this point we feel like this is dead end for us if we just add another couple $200 we could get a new unit, but not LG. until now I had never hear flow sense or filter interior need to open up and clean, I have gone thru couple dryer in my life, I'm over 65 this should tell you how little trouble I ever had with the dryer, the is the first. NO I DO NOT RECOMMENDS THIS PRODUCT.

                no heat
                the is dryer less then 3 years old , no heat Cool air only cool light stays on, called 800-243-0000 walked thru all the steps check every thing as they wanted us to do, and the clean filter in and out this this now as clean as if they were new, but flow sense stay on cool light still stays on so they said lets run it thru 5 circles so we did that again , after 7 phone calls 6 hours invested into the unit, she finally tell us she is going to connect us to the tech, then tech go's on explaining us this will cost us $375.00. before I replace this dryer, we have a pair old washer & dryer after 20 years it was still working washer wasn't working any more, we decided just replace both, now we replace with new less then 3 years it was a big disappointment, we did the Facebook to LG and thats only taking us back to the 800 number which is an another big frustration. Don't waste your time on FB to LG gettin no where. NO I do not recommends this product the stackable was what made us decide
