It’s very quiet, easy to clean, love the child lock feature! I also love the sleek look it goes very nicely with all my LG appliances. I also love the fact that when I cook on it the food comes out evenly heated. By the way, I needed a small part that I lost and LG customer service was AWESOME as well.

The new replacement is shorter than the 9 year old one, so now there is a gap between the microwave and the backsplash. A measured before I ordered, but to no avail! AND, the over the range light might as well not be there. It is horribly dim! My review is limited to how many characters, but there is a lot of more issues

What an amazing microwave. I couldn't see why I would pay such until I received it. So many features and different ways to cook and warm up food. It's very durable and high-quality for the price. I feel like I got a great deal for an exceptional price. I had cheap microwaves in the past and now I know why they were not dependable and consistent. I not only love microwave, but it compliments my entire appliance bundle. My kitchen looks fantastic with cutting edge technology. Thanks LG you went above and beyond with durable quality equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The incentive to write this review was to be entered in an LG contest. I bought this microwave in May 2022 as a replacement for an eight year old LG microwave that broke (the Extendavent broke and it would stop heating food). We have all LG appliances, so I just decided to roll the dice and get another LG microwave. The older LG microwave had an Extendavent. I would advise not to buy the Extendavent model because it will eventually break. So far, so good with this model. However, the current item description states that the exterior lighting is a 50W LED and the interior lighting is 30W incandescent. That information is incorrect unless the model has been recently updated. The same model we bought came with a halogen bulb for the exterior lighting, which was disappointing. The interior bulb was a 30W appliance bulb. The QuietPower Ventilation System is not quiet, but it is strong. Honestly, I would not expect a strong ventilation system to be quiet. The touchpad is easy to use and it cooks and heats as expected.

I've owned this microwave for 4 years, and the door interior is already broken. It's made of some cheap plastic. The microwave doesn't work unless I push on the door, and it's even started tripping my circuit breaker with an Arc Fault warning. LG wants $200 for a new door (not including shipping), which I won't for a faulty product, so I basically now have to buy a new microwave. I'm betting most of these reviews are written after minimal use and not overtime. Word of warning - don't buy!

So far, so good. Installation went well and the microwave works well. It looks good and is easy to keep clean. I’ve had it for about a month now.

The glass in the oven door that is supposed to be sealed allowed grease get in between the glass panels and cant view the inside clearly anymore... We had to call service and parts are on order..tbd as to a fix yet

Great microwave, everything works great, the only problem is that the paint chips away making it look unsightly. The same with the stove and refrigerator.

I despise this microwave the buttons are hard to push, can’t just add 30 seconds the LED is green and does not match the stove/dishwasher that I purchased in a bundle so purchase was pointless the rack is too low & nothing sits under it so the rack is out & will never get used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my mold microwave went out I wanted to get an OTR microwave. After looking over features I decided on the LG microwave. It had excellent instructions, mounted easily. It works great and the fan is quiet. However, one reason I bought this microwave is because it says in the literature on online, "Smoothtouch glass controls are LED-illuminated for a sleek appearance and ease of use." The keypad controls are NOT illuminated. I even called LG Customer Service before buying the microwave and asked about this feature. The Rep told me, "Yes, the controls are lighted." So while I am happy with the microwave one of the main features I desired is not present. Lastly, the light under the microwave isn't very bright.

Works good sometimes clock turns off not sure why. Big door. Had to make adjustments

The microwave was easy to install. It has plenty of features and looks nice. My slight disappointment is the black that surrounds the glass makes it hard to see your food on the turntable. I’m 5’2” and it’s hung at proper height over the stove, but I can’t see popcorn popping or any food on the turntable because of that black trim unless I was standing on a stool. If you use the wire rack visibility would be ok. The vent/fan doesn’t seem as strong as my previous one. Overall I’m pleased with it as the replacement for that microwave that died months earlier.

Purchased this with entire kitchen. Worst purshase I have ever made. The door handle came undone after a few months of almost no use. Kept using it and the glass on the door came off

Love the microwave. A little learning curve from our last one but it’s spacious, works as it should and it complements our other LG appliances perfectly!

This microwave also over heats very quick . This is very dangerous and poor quality. I would like my money back
