[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave has been installed now for just over four weeks. We really enjoy all of the features that this microwave has. The popcorn feature is amazing you put it a bag of microwave popcorn and press popcorn and the microwave does the rest! It detects the moisture and adjusts accordingly. That’s just one of the many features that this microwave has. The only slight drawback is that I wish that the lights under the microwave were brighter!

It works very well but it is incredibly difficult to clean. I have tried everything and even contacted LP about the fact that the stainless steel on the microwave always looks like it was smeared with greasy streaks. The phot attached is what mine looks like after 17 minutes of trying to clean it before giving up! The photo doesnt most of the smears, but I included it anyway. LP replied by saying I should follow the cleaning instructions in the owners manual. Seriously??? It doesn’t help at all. I am sorry I bought this microwave and I urge you to make another choice unless you want to be frustrated with how it looks within a week of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this microwave for about 2-3 months now and so far so good.. We haven't had any performance issues but there are fpir things that we don't like about it.. The over the range light is an incandescent bulb which is not very bright. Why cheap out on the light in a world where LEDs are very inexpensive? The blacked out area on the door glass is too thick and blocks your sight into the microwave if you're under 6ft tall. The stick on logo has sharp corners and caches rags or towels while cleaning. The clock is a completely different color than the clock on the stove.

Excellent price on sale for $250 or so. Looks nice. I find the Buttons easy to push. Would be nice if at least the start button were back lit (for those late night milk or tea reheats), but for the price, I can’t complain. Start and stop button are also different texture, which is nice, helps to see it and doesn’t get dirty easily. I mainly use the number pads for minutes and seconds on full power, so most of the other features are pretty irrelevant for me. However, I did buy this one because my mother swears by the food sensor feature, for things like rice and potatoes and defrost. She also has an LG. I’m not so sure. I tried it a few times, it’s ok. Tried potatoes, and they were cooked all the way through, but I always find microwave potatoes shrivel,a bit. Maybe it’s just me. Butter melt worked perfectly. Some other defrost and reheats seemed to overcook. Best to watch it and see what works for you on what settings. Fan is nice with 4 settings. Timed Auto off is also nice. A high end dedicated exhaust works better, but we needed a recirculating one, and it works well enough for that. Someone mentioned the door didn’t align. Ours is off 1mm or so as well, but it’s not really noticeable, and it was only $250 on sale. Nice and big inside. I haven’t used the metal shelf. Stainless material of handle is different from the rest, which I like. The handle feels solid and doesn’t smudge. Some mentioned the too dim lighting. I also found the bulb too be more along 'low and lower' not high and low, so I just purchased another one online. Same voltage and wattage (30w), but much brighter. Only a couple of bucks. Now it really is high and low. High is good for cooking. Overall I’m super happy with the unit. Oh and the clock light is just fine. Not too bright, but quite readable. Light blue. Not ostentatious, so if your other clocks are different colors, it won’t screw, mismatch. Also there is a button to turn it off, if you don’t want it, seeing there is a clock on every stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this microwave for about 3 weeks and it’s been very easy to use. The soften butter feature worked like a charm. The kids meal feature worked great in heating smaller portions. I do wish it had 1-6 minute express without hitting start.

It’s really pretty, and I like that it comes with a rack. (It matches my LG oven nicely. See pic.)

It looks great and is very large in the inside with the removable shelf. Runs quiet and has lots of cook settings located just inside the door making it easy to reference them. Only complaint is the cook light on the underside gets very hot really fast. Might have to switch it out for LED. I just don't turn it on.

Great microwave, installation was very easy and it is very quiet when operating... door open and closes smoothly. I do recommend

After my microwave blew out I replaced it with this one that cooks Bacon and vegetables in my plastic steamer so fast that now I realize how weak my old microwave was, I love it!

So quite...love the design...cooks in half the time my old one did.

Less than three years installed in a new home with all LG appliances and the magnetron is out already. No power outages or surges in our area. No kids using it. Disappointed that this lasted only 1/3 of an expected microwaves life.

So far so good. Enjoying microwave very nice.

This microwave cooks well. I give it five stars for its cooking performance. However, there are two issues we've had with it. #1 - The under-microwave light is not very bright. It's better than no light, but should be brighter. #2 - The provided grease filters do virtually nothing to filter grease. We found this out when we observed grease dripping down the wall at the rear corners of the microwave. You can also see/feel grease on the inside bottom frame of the microwave. The OEM filters are very thin and provide very little material for the grease to condense on. I purchased a pair of aftermarket filters that are significantly thicker and have more filtration media. (The removed OEM filters had no grease on them at all!) Hopefully, these will work as grease filters should and save our wall from ruin. We've had the unit installed for less than four months....

Seems well built but be warned that the printed installation instructions are WRONG. It states unit is shipped ready for "room venting" meaning you're not using the wall or ceiling vent options.......its not shipped ready for use in room venting. Also, the last page states " if wall venting or room venting, go to No 7 in next page." THIS IS NO NEXT PAGE...its the last one! The oven itself is nice. Fan a bit louder than we're used to but its well built. But the instructions are lacking.

Nice microwave. Easy to operate. It has many more features than I will ever use.

I have owned this microwave for less than one year. Spots started coming through on the stainless steel finish. Customer service will not do anything about because they said the limited warranty only covers the finish if it’s bad when you receive it. Not a happy camper!

Overall quite excellent. Two minor dislikes (which perhaps would not be such for those who choose a white oven or whose eyes are youthful): It is difficult to see through dark-tint window, and dark-interior absorbs most of the cooking illumination. Keypad is not illuminated and room-lighting is required for every use except reading the displayed time/process.

This microwave was pretty easy to install and works great!

Very happy with this microwave. first bought samsung but the control pannel went out and called their customer service and no one could help. I always used samsung products. no more!!!! reurned it and got LG microwave. customer service was helpful and very professional with questions I had installing it. home depot was excellent too.

Great microwave, love the features. The one design flaw is the window in the microwave door. This is an over the range model and the bottom of the door is opaque. I'm 5' 11" and I have to stand on my toes to see the food (especially liquids) inside. If the liquid boils over, you will never know because you can't see the food. Have a chair or stool handy when cooking..

Can not believe I did not notice it did not have a beverage setting. We use it for that more than any thing. Have figured it out though. Has a lot of good qualities. Do not know about efficiency yet have only had it for one week. Our installation experience was great. The man that installed it did a great job. Took a lot of care to not damage the house in any way.

I purchased the Microwave about two months ago. It had good reviews and I got it on sale for a great price. It looks great with or LG oven. Still learning all the features.

Started putting out a burning smell after a year of limited use. And now it just quit working all together absolutely terrible product.

I remodeled 2 years ago and bought all new appliances and I went with LG because historically I’ve had luck with you. I’m not buying a new microwave 2 years in and my oven is acting up too!!! When it works, I love the product.

The door handled snapped. Never has this happened to any other product. LG repair will not help and refuses to call back. Can't open the door to the microwave , rendering it useless.
