If you are 6 feet tall, it is a good microwave. If you are short it is a source of constant frustration. You cannot see in the door because the lower half is darkened. You have to stand back several feet to see messages below the clock. Also the interior light is too dark. Would not have bought if I had realized the problems.

Upgraded all kitchen appliances and I am over the moon with the functions. Best microwave I have ever owned. Fast, smart and great functions.

I blooded my forehead on the open oven door. Could use a way to hold door halfway open.

This is actually the third over the stove microwave we have had in our home and it was the toughest to install of the three. As far as the longevity or quality I can't answer that yet. Two things I don't care for though. The removable rack sits to low, it should have been placed 1.5 to 2 inches higher, you will have to remove it before cooking or warming a cup of coffee. Second, not a huge problem, but the glass turn table seems to be too large. It looks as if the front door may have been redesigned to accommodate this giant glass wheel.

This is my 2nd LG overrange microwave. LOVE IT!! Great exhaust fan, large cooking area.and it looks Wonderful.

Replaced older unit! New LG exceeds old unit in all respects! Money well spent!

We just need to get used to the new microwave. Our last one you just had to touch 1-5 and it would automatically go 1-5 minutes. This one you have to press 1-0-0 then cook to run it for a minute. I know first world problems. The overhead light seems to get hot. We leave it on low all night because we have a baby that wakes at night occasionally and we use it as a nightlight. So hopefully that doesn’t cause a problem. But other than that it’s nice.

That's how long this microwave lasted! Then tried to get warranty service on the faulty magnetron and LG hung up on me 3x. I literally got a text message from the CSR while on hold asking me to hang up so he could call me back. He picked up my call only to hang up. When I called back, the 24/7/365 LG Contact Center was "closed". Between a poor product & horrible customer service, it will be a long, long time before I purchase another LG product (if ever). Buyer beware!

I like the look of the microwave and it works well. The only thing I would like to have different is the exhaust fan is loud.

Microwave arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition.

We like LG appliances, but this microwave is cheaply made and failed in 3 weeks. Door is cheap plastic, doesn't close very well. Controls poorly designed. Will also note the door panel where food is visible is very small, difficult to see your food cooking. All in all, recommend you stay away from this model.

We wanted a highly rated microwave that would be able to fit the area our old one occupied. This LG model fit that perfectly.
