[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased an LG refrigerator and I am extremely pleased on the French door design. Easy access and space design. We are very satisfied.

This french door refrigerator has incredible space in such a tight space. I was able to increase 3 cu. Ft. With this refrigerator that does not have water in the door. Ice maker works incredibly well especially with the turbo setting.

So far I have been very happy with my month old refrigerator. It is smaller than my last refrigerator, but it still holds a lot of food. I like the design of the interior. I like that the noise that it makes when the door is open too long doesn't stay on continously, but intermittently. It's also easy to clean.

Fridge does not cool! Airing it out from rotten food! I live in an ice chest. Fridge stopped cooling summer of 2023. 2 years old. Airing fridge out from spoiled frozen turkey.

The interior shelving on my LG refrigerator began to crack in 2 years, by the time I contacted LG, the drawers and shelving were completely falling apart. LG customer service would not replace the inferior parts, or let me buy them at a discount because it was past warranty. One year later, the glass shelf fell and shattered do to broken support. Again, no help from. Replacement parts will cost me $500. DO NOT BUY LG products.

This is my favorite refrigerator that we have ever bought! The design is perfect. I don’t need to rearrange or move items around like I use to in my other fridge. I love that the freezer is at the bottom, I am impressed with the room it provides from top to bottom, the look of it and the quality of the refrigerator overall.

Bought our fridge may 2021 model LRFCS25D3S. In May 2023 it stopped working. The compressor was gone & had just gone shopping & lost like $400 worth of food. Had it repaired. A week later everything defrosted & had a cl error code. Today the repairman came & says it needs a new motherboard. It is June 29th, so basically have gone 2 months with this fridge not working. Thankfully the store I bought it from gave me a basic refrigerator to use after a month of waiting for a fix. Almost $1000 worth of food thrown away. Never buying anything lg again

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago and we are very happy with. It holds a lot of food and has great lighting It is also very quiet The only improvement that I would suggest would be to have split shelves instead of solid ones and to add a display for the actual inside temperature

Very nice refrigerator. Good looks and styling. Love the ice maker. Like the fact that it has a door open warning signal. Freezer size is perfect. Plenty of interior light in both the refrigerator and freezer.

We did a lot of shopping for a 33" refrigerator to replace our existing refrigerator in an older home. We liked this model because it is large capacity for a 33" and it went on sale so $600 savings. The ice maker in the freezer makes perfect sized squarish cubes. Why doesn't the display show the actual temperature? That's a huge miss and doesn't make sense at all - we had to buy separate thermometers. Only had it a couple weeks; hopefully it's reliable long-term.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought the French door model and we absolutely love it! It is so roomy and organized! The design of the interior is very effecient. We really like the vegetable/ fruit drawers.

Have only had it for about 2 weeks, but so far, so good. Works great, looks great!

The stainless coating started to chip off under 1 year but LG said it’s cosmetic and not covered under warranty. There are multiple articles of the same issue just google stainless peeling I never removed the protector cover off the fridge.

We purchased our refrigerator a few months ago, The crisper drawers slide out easily, our only concern is the shelving. If too many items are on the shelf it bows. We feel there should be some type of bracket or reinforcement under the shelf.

We bought this refrigerator as part of an LG package. This unit was exactly what we were looking for: french doors, print proof stainless steel, ice in lower freezer only, 33" to fit in opening. It came quickly and appears to be good quality. The freezer is running consistently at -5 degrees F. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a water filter for the ice, so I added an upstream inline filter. Overall we are extremely satisfied and would definitely order again.

Fridge rolls forward too easy when pulling the freezer drawer out. Fixed this by using a small square of that rubbery type of shelf liner and folding it in half and sticking it right in front of the front wheels. Pulled drawer out and no movement of fridge............so far anyways! Yay!

I live in a manufactured home, and could not go wider than 33” without an expensive wall removal. I do a lot of cooking, and didn’t want to go to a smaller refrigerator, or a top freezer mode. I did take out the useless over refrigerator cabinets to fit this in the space….but don’t miss them at all. This refrigerator is so much quieter than my previous one. I don’t hear the fridge at all, and barely hear the ice maker. Great space inside, very adaptable and configurable. I love that it beeps if I don’t shut the doors properly. This is a perfect solution if you are limited on width.

Purchased this fridge in black colour first, scratches beside door handle, exchanged for second black, similar issue. then exchanged for this silver colour, thought it won't be too noticeable in this colour. Same quality issues as I thought. used to have LG washer and was really good quality. this fridge is really disappointing.

So when I seen this fridge , I fell in love with it. I’ve had it only one year and one month and already the compressor is shot. I can’t find the part anywhere nor have I been able to contact an Lg specialist via phone or web. When i looked on you tube for further troubleshooting tips i saw that there has been a class action lawsuit against LG for failed compressors only after having refrigerators for a short period of time. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY .

Overall, I am satisfied. I didn’t realize this model doesn’t have a water filter. I am confused by the top of the door. It seems like there should be a cover on top. This will be a dust collector. Odd to me. Am I missing a part?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about a month ago & I live the features that it has. This ice maker makes big g ice cubes not like some of the other models. The shelves r very sturdy.

My only wish is that the 3 shelves weren't long shelves, I do like adjusting to meet my needs. Otherwise, the size and the esthetics are high quality standards.

Like this LG french door refrigerator. Owned it for 9 months when a plastic door stopper broke. This cheap plastic part helps keep the right door closed when you shut the left door. Now when you shut the left door the right door pops open and you have to push it closed. I called LG under warranty and was told that it "was not a design flaw" so to fix it I would to pay them to come out. A cheap plastic part which breaks after 9 months is not a "design flaw"? Good fridge, bad support.

I just received my refrigerator on Saturday. It took about a month to get it. I love it! There is so much space. I also love the freezer on the bottom. I've never had such a quiet refrigerator. My last one sounded like popcorn popping all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely the best refrigerator! Love the door alarm, style and size. Freezer door opens with easy, it just glides during open or close. I choose not to use the ice maker, but only because I don’t like the public water system. It keeps the prefect temperature and freezes ice as soon as I add my counter top ice maker ice. Definitely the right choice made and well worth the reasonable price paid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 16 year-old fridge needed replaced and after shopping and reading reviews, I decided on this LG model and I’m glad I did. The space in my kitchen would not accommodate a French door with water/ice cube dispenser which is what I really wanted but this unit without that feature fits perfectly. I’m also not a fan of stainless steel, prefer black, but after seeing it in the kitchen it looks awesome. I especially like the tray for fresh meats and cheeses. Do not let the size fool you, it’s very big and deep on the inside! The pull out freezer drawer is also very roomy with ample space for frozen foods. Thank you LG for designing this unit for kitchens that aren’t designed for the bigger refrigerators of today!
