I bought this LG double oven with the self cleaning feature and when you use the self cleaning feature it blows the fuse that is located between the ovens and you have to have LG come out and change it. The service tech told me it’s a design flaw but LG does not cover it. You will pay for a very expensive service call unless you buy the expensive service contract. The ovens work well, but LG needs to make people aware that the self cleaning feature shouldn’t be used.

I bought this oven 5 years ago. 2 years after I bought it, the top convection stopped working. The diagnostic feature didn’t help.

Bought for new construction beach house. Very much like the audible notifications, and am particularly pleased with the automatic temperature adjustment when cooking in convection mode. I haven’t yet had used thinQ but believe it will be a useful feature. The overall appearance is very attractive in our new kitchen

I’ve had this oven just for a few weeks, easy to install and set up, it is a bit taller compared to some other brands so I had to modify my cabinet. Love the features, the interior color is very nice, easy clean up if something does spill with the upper heating elements.

There is a large gap at the bottom big enough to stick your hand in. Looks like a closure panel is missing.

This combination wall oven unit made my new kitchen remodel complete because I wanted a wall oven to match the LG range I already had. What a surprise to find that the microwave top can also be used an oven so now I have three! And they all have Proofing options! Plus Warming and Steam Bake options which as a bread baker I cannot wait to try! The Glide Out rack is great and of high quality material as is the rest of this unit. All my major appliances are LG and for a very good reason. I have multiple homes and have owned most of the other “top brands” on the market. And have regretted my purchases every single time. Not so with LG. I have never had a problem with Customer Service when I call in with a question and I have found them to be polite, caring and professional.

We love the ovens, great features, look great, and even cooking temperature. My only complaint is they take a longtime to heat up.

I just got delivery of the Lg 3063 st double oven on thursday Feb 4 ,2021 the unit was operated on sunday feb 7 and the door shattered. SO after speaking to customer service. they said LG is only responsible for 48 hrs after delivery. However my 3 year protection may help to get a replacement. Do not buy this unit as it very dangerous. Maybe this is why this unit is on sale. Maybe these doors will shatter and they want to dump this on the customers. Neither Home depot nor LG seem concerned about customer safety. Very scarry! I spoke to both LG customer service at 833 534 0298 maddie and 855 844 337 maggiehggkll at customer service.

My Double Oven is 4yrs old and about 6mts ago I've noticed Rust / Paint Peeling / Grooves etc under below Normal use, contacted LG and after numerous conversations they are sending someone to look. I'm scared to use it anymore due to the hazardous chemicals of the enamel. I use the self clean and I DO NOT USE CHEMICALS IN MY HOME. Mine was Manufactured in 2016, same year I bought it, and now, the Enamel is coming off, like a Monster is in it and clawing it's way to get out......

Love this oven. Not only beautiful but happy with cooking results. The price was so reasonable for a double oven.

We are very happy with our purchase. This particular double wall oven was rated number one in Consumer Reports buying guide 2020, which is the reason why we decided to make the purchase and replace are older oven, which we could no longer get parts for. This oven has a lot of great features, including wifi capabilities.

We've had this oven about 3 years and now the bottom unit does not turn on. WOW! That big of a purchase and to have it fail so soon is absolutely ridiculous. Very dissapointed in LG quality. Do not buy! The top unit works great, the bottom unit was used a fifth of the time the top unit was and it's the one that broke!

Overall a good oven. The oven lights do not illuminate sufficiently and the cooling fans are too loud,

Well built, easy operation makes this double wall oven an excellent choice for a busy household. The delay cook, convection settings work flawlessly. Easy to clean interior adds to the convenience.

So far my LG double built in oven has performed well. The oven internal lights are a bit dim and the fan seems a little loud. I am in the process of adjusting the temperature so it matches the display temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my refrigerator in July of 2023. It was to replace an LG I had for 7 years and never a problem. I left it with the home I sold. My new one is awesome. I love the large cocktail round ice and the regular ice cubes.

Excellent delivery and unpacking. We chose to have the ovens installed privately because there was some carpentry work involved to make them fit the space where our former double oven vacated. All went well and the ovens are performing flawlessly.

After running self clean function, there was baked on residue at the back of the oven. Had to be manually removed which took hours of effort. The bottom oven self clean worked very well. I called customer service regarding the incomplete self clean of the upper oven. I provided photos to show the residue. I was told "it looks like rust" and there was nothing they could do; just pointed me to the owners manual on how to use self clean function. The oven is now clean and, so far, functioning just fine.

love the double over. It has so many options and I love the LG app.

Thought it was just leftover manufacturing residual porcelain. But more and more flakes appeared even though it had not been cleaned with anything but a wet paper towel. I did like the features.
