Racks failed. Quiet. Cleans Well.

Also, the rinse aid door doesn't stay shut and all the rinse aid spills out. I don't even know how/where to get replacement racks. Otherwise it is quiet and cleans well.

Absolutely the worst Dishwasher I have EVER owned
Within a year of purchasing this item along with the rest of the suite- every single one of the racks rusted- I mean really rusted- The dishes are never clean or dry and now I have error codes stating that it is leaking. The soap dispenser broke and won't close and there are only two adults in our home. I will never buy an LG Dishwasher again.

Rusting Racks
I bought LG everything less than 4 years ago. Stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. I have had issues with the dishwasher and refrigerator.

Poor quality.

The door was peeling and needed to be replaced. Thank goodness we bought the black stainless as it has a better warranty.

I lie the variety of settings which really make for a confidence cleaning. We have had a hard time using the "pods"in it because they are a bit bigger than the door so the for gets stuck and didn't fully open for the espresso to get out. Regular detergent, liquid or puede work great! I read in the manual that you can raise or lower the glass level for taller items in that level if needed, which sounds great. Haven't had to use that, but maybe some day.

Unused and Broken

While the other two appliances work wonderfully, the dishwasher has never been used. Discovered only after installation, a plastic seal was broken, and water flooded the first floor. All of the metal is rusting and breaking
Runs and works great but that won't help if I cant put my dishes in it because the metal racks are broken from rust everywhere. The entire top shelf is not usable because its rusted and broke.

not what is advertised
Soon after we purchased the dishwasher, parts just started coming off starting with the upper rack plastic pieces that position the racks. We have had to continuously attempt to put it back together and deal with racks that no longer adjust. It doesn't rinse well which is one of the reasons we purchased the dishwasher. (We use the rinse aid as directed.) The spray arms have come off, with many pieces just simply breaking. Very disappointed since we thought we were purchasing a quality dishwasher.

Quality of Product
