The carpet is absolutely beautiful with just a touch of green. It’s so soft and thick on my bare feet, a friend says it’s a giant bed for our dogs. Our usual small vacuum didn’t work on the thick carpet, so we had to bring out our canister vacuum that has different levels and suck settings. It works perfectly. So far we love love this English garden Green Dog proof carpet with a great guarantee.

You would think a carpet that is supposed to be pet proof etc could take a cleaning. Pet proof means excluding everything a pet does.

Everything is absolutely perfect! It is a beautiful color and feels like walking on a cloud. Everything from beginning to end has been perfectly done.

We have had the carpet for a month now and we love it. The pad we got makes it feel like we are walking on a cloud.

When purchased carpet was installed it was noted that this was not the same quality of the sample that we had ordered and also viewed in-store. The carpet installed did not have the same density as the sample. Inspection was conducted and the manufacturer said that the carpet was within acceptable standards. I find this hard to believe as during the test it was noted that the installed carpet had a Tuft Bind Test of 9 whereas the sample piece was 19. Will never purchase their carpet again.

Overall this experience has been great. Only thing I dislike is that every roll of carpet isn’t quite the same in color and is noticeable. Other than that I live my carpet.

Previously, the Coral Reef colors Old Pewter and Warm Cider in the 'LifeProof Collection" did not have the word Gray added to their color online. However, I see that they both NOW have the word gray added as a suffix. I wonder if it's perhaps because they have issues supplying the correct colors. That was at least the case for me. If you don't want plain gray carpet, please don't order the Coral Reef - Warm Cider. It has been almost 2-months and the problem is still not corrected. There are also other concerns which I am not including in my review.

The color is perfect for the primary room we used it in, went great with the colors we used! It brightened the dark hallway as well! We really like it!

This is the softest carpet I've had. Love it. Communications with the installer was a challenge do to language barrier but he did a great job.

had to buy 180 square feet extra making this project almost not feasible. Home Depot does not sell needed square feet make you buy entire roll .Customer service unreachable most of the time..Carpet is good but the pricing is not .My next project outdoor tiling will not have Home Depot merchandise

This was an expensive option, but I am very pleased with the result. The carpet is very plush and soft and cozy on the feet. The quality seems high and it appears durable, yet elegant. I was told nylon carpet is one of the more durable fibers and that was part of my choice on this product.
