Love the carpet. So soft and beautiful. The installers were very informative and easy to talk to. Would definately reccomend them.

I bought this carpeting 6 mos ago. In the store the color looked gold, when it was delivered and laid outside in driveway it looked WHITE! I immediately called Home Depot and was told we could order different color but by then the installer had the old carpeting removed and I would have been left with stairs that were bare with carpeting tacks exposed, no choice there. After walking on this carpeting it looks like it has spots all over it. The only time it looks like new carpeting is right after you vacuum. I am so disappointed, The only one that walks on it is myself so it doesn't get much wear.

Really nice. Classy print. just remodeled and this is the only carpet in the house. For the dogs comfort. Turned out great.

I've had this product in my home for over a year now. The job called for 187 yards of material, the team from USIG did a fantastic job of hiding every seam. It's true that when you vacuum or walk around it leaves a print behind. After a year we couldn't be more happy. Pet urine wipes away with a wet rag even after drying into the carpet. We've spilled bleach in a few spots but don't know where the spots are anymore since it didn't leave a bleach stain. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this product almost one year ago. I paid for install on my stairs and special ordered a 12 foot round piece of carpet for my living room. I also took the remaining carpet from the install and made a 12 foot runner for the front door and also a small mat. I had them bound by a company out in town. I vacuum and spot clean 3 to 4 times per month. Most spots do come out with just a hot rag and some simple carpet cleaning solution in a spray bottle. The wear spots you see in the photo do NOT and have NOT come out. I have tried everything except a professional carpet cleaning company. The last time I had a professional company come out they were unable to remove the heavy wear areas. SOOOO if this is suppose to be "life proof" with a multi year wear and abrasive warranty, why am unable to clean the carpet. Please notice the original color of the carpet in the photo. You can see where my "L" shaped couch and ottoman have been sitting for the past year. I am entirely open for suggestions on how to clean this and attempt to achieve what was sold to me. As this carpet is not cheap and is one of the more expensive in the Home Depot "line-up." I am one that likes to buy the nice things and expect to receive the service and products as advertised. I have contacted the Home Depot in Virginia Beach to see what they can provide as for information or warranty/replacement. We will see how it goes? I will update everyone on how it turns out.

I love this carpet as a runner up my stairs and down the hall. The neutral color with just a hint of pattern makes an inconspicuous statement against my newly painted cream colored walls and espresso stained floors. It is also very soft and pleasant to walk on and a great noise insulator. I just love it

Excellent carpet and installation!!!

Went to HD in October to purchase the carpet. After the salesman screwed up the order I had to speak to the manager at the HD to fix everything. Well in short after three no shows to install the carpet, sending it to New Jersey and not Massachusetts, I had to give a last phone call. 4 months later it was installed. I will never use HD or the Hadley HD again. Terrible customer service and awful carpet company. Never even got a follow up call from the manager at HD Hadley when all done, terrible!!

Great quality! Like everything about it especially the quality. Have has it now for only 2 weeks and it meets all expectations No shipping issues.

Stain resistance is not as effective as expected.
