Floors have scratches within two weeks. These floors are not scratch resistant as advertised. Disappointed.

Love it thinking of carring in right into my living room now

This flooring requires expansion molding between door openings which I ordered with the flooring but never received. Home Depot can only tell me that it hasn’t shipped yet although it’s been 5 weeks. The flooring is difficult to lock together and once installed it makes a snap crackle popping noise when you walk on it. Noise comes from the locking seams. Some of the end seams popped lose several weeks after installation. To replace them you have to take all the flooring back up and replace the defective plank.

A little tricky to snap together but it looks great.

It forces me to choose one star! If I could go negative I would, do not buy this product, looks great love the look, does not lock together well, choose a better locking floor , don’t fall for its looks, I dropped 700 bucks on this product and did it on a flat tile clean level floor, it does lock together but takes nothing to separate it, will drive you mad! Buy better this stuff sucks!!!

Most importantly-this is not a Lifeproof brand! It is unbranded and from the second they started installing, the floor had problems. Our contractor could not believe how fragile it was so he put down heavy duty contractors cloth over it. When they finished the job, I began to vacuum the floor and the vacuum caused it to scratch everywhere. Imagine what normal wear and tear looks like. I have never seen such an awful floor, let alone, waterproof and lvt as the description claims. Home Depot refunded the cost of the flooring so that was very nice however, the contractors were a sunk cost and I now have to pay to have it torn up, removed, and then reinstall another floor! Stay away from this unbranded joke of a floor!

We decided to add a waterproof type flooring in our kitchen. Just wasted $ 1,200.00 plus 15 hours of trying to make it work. Unless your floor is perfect, the click and lock won't hold in place. On the counter, it locks, but on the floor no good.This is not homeowner friendly. If one little edge isn't perfect, your floor will not lock in place. Instructions look so easy. Then spent hours watching You Tube Videos to see what I am doing wrong. What I did wrong is to buy this product. Even on the counter, we never heard a " Click". The cheaper stuff is much easier and forgiving. The tongue and groove break easily which just adds to the frustration. Two stars, because it seems to be a quality finish, but use only if have a professional installer and a perfect sub floor.

I’ve installed Lifeproof vinyl flooring in basement 1000 square feet and was very happy with outcome. The Lifeproof bamboo looks great and easy install. Would definitely rate Lifeproof the best

You won't be disappointed. Some people write about scratches. I had a lot of repairs after getting this floor installed and have had no scratches. It looks expensive and its waterproof.

It seems good but reviews are worrisome with regard to durability. I just installed it so we shall see. It looks very nice installed. It was expensive and time consuming cutting / installing (you have to use a saw to cut it - it is too think to score and break) for the area we did, so hopefully it holds up!

Flooring is great! Durable, beautiful, easy to install. Employee who calculated how many boxes we need though... he shorted us by 10 boxes in spite of giving him the square footage we needed!!! Not happy about that.

This floor is absolutely beautiful. It is also very durable. Looks great and we have received several compliments already!

I'm a first-time homeowner and before moving into my new apartment I wanted to make some minor alterations. I ended up choosing the LifeProof Mojave flooring as it was the most durable while also being budget-friendly — the floating glueless installation is a big plus. I had a contractor put the flooring in so I can't speak to the installation but they did tell me that it wasn't an easy material to work with. These are marketed as "Engineered Hardwood" but that's a bit of stretch. While there is wood material in the flooring these aren't true hardwood floors, the kind that can be sanded down and refinished. These are more similar to upscale vinyl which I was okay with. Durability seems to be questionable. I tried scratching a sample of the flooring with my keys before purchasing and I couldn't leave a mark. However, I somehow managed to leave a scratch with a piece of furniture when I was actively being careful not to damage the floors. I've also noticed some chipping happening along one or two plank edges. The floor itself is solid but it does sometimes click and pop when you step on certain areas. That's likely the result of the floating installation combined with the click and lock installation. Overall, considering I didn't want to spend a ton on hardwood floors I'm happy with the end result. While it has some drawbacks I love the finished look and color of the floors. I'm hoping they'll last me for a long time!

Not very difficult to install. Scratches easily (NOT “life proof”) and because of how it’s installed, even if you want to take them up on the warranty because it is NOT life proof flooring, you’ll have to uninstall the entire room just to get one board up. Do not purchase this brand.

After only a few months, during normal rain and overcast in the Pacific Northwest, no problems. In only a few days of mild sunny days in April, even before the hot summer weather, the bamboo flooring is fading. I have an awning outside my slider, which I use to protect the flooring, but it has not prevented fading of the bamboo. I am extremely disappointed, and reading about this flooring before installation did not indicate any problem with UV light. I would not recommend this flooring to anyone. I am so disappointed in this expensive investment.

It is a really good product, easy to install. The pictures make it look as though there are streaks of grey, there aren't. It was also recommended to get an underlayment, while a vapor/moisture barrier may be wanted, the flooring stated not to use an underlayment as that would void the warranty.
