Installation was great. The guys that came were considerate...
Installation was great. The guys that came were considerate and professional. Their customer service was terrible.i believe that if you have good customer service when u have a problem and are willing to work with your customer that says a lot about your company. Home Depot’s customer service was good. Would not use that flooring company again.

I had forgotten how bad the "off-gassing" can be!! ...
I had forgotten how bad the "off-gassing" can be!! More than 2 weeks of fans on with windows open most of the time and nearly 24/7 diffusing of essential oils to purify the air! There should be some warning on carpet and suggestions of how to deal with it more efficiently. There should be some way post-manufacturing that the off-gassing can be accomplished before delivery to a home.

My cat threw up on the carpet two days after...
My cat threw up on the carpet two days after it was installed. The stain came right out with a light spray of Resolve for pets. Best results ever! Besides stain removal I really like the texture and appearance of the carpet! It’s stunning in my bedroom! I will consider the same for another bedroom!

Our dog has already picked it in 2 places and...
Our dog has already picked it in 2 places and she's not a large, rowdy dog. We are very particular about her behavior and were disappointed to find 2 pulled loops just a month after installation.

This carpet has already started fraying and unraveling. We noticed...
This carpet has already started fraying and unraveling. We noticed the first spots 4 days after install and it’s only gotten worse three weeks later. Home Depot has not returned any calls about this issue, which is frustrating because this carpet is supposed to be under warranty. Again, we’re only 3 weeks from the installation. Extremely frustrating considered we spent the extra money hoping we were getting the best quality.

Carpet is beautiful. Install didn't go perfect--the first installer didn't use the correct strips for where the threshhold meets the hardwood floors and they were lumpy and hard to walk on. But Home Depot fixed the issue.
