The carpet is exactly what I wanted. I love the look and the memory foam pad. It is so comfy to walk on.

I love this carpet. So thick. We have had a couple but it has cleaned up beautifully.

I would never purchase flooring from Home Depot ever again. Had to measure twice. Scheduling install was very time consuming. Upon installation they explained they could not install carpet on floating stairs -- they must have missed that when they measured twice. Then they explained that they sold me a carpet they no longer had. Then they would not refund me until after the install -- which still hasn't been completed. Series of disasters.

Beautiful carpet from the color to the comfort under foot. It was more plush than the sample leads you to believe. Have a dog and a bunch of men and it stands up to their wear and tear. Very happy with my purchase and install

Silver Mane II color matched the sample. It is plush. We got it with the pet thick waterproof carpet pad. Walking on the rug with the thick padding feels great on my feet. Everyone has commented on how thick and soft it is. The installation was ontime, professional, and the installers took great care putting it in. The company that coordinated the installion was excellent to work with. The sales rep at Home Depot was helpful when we selected the carpet.

Love this carpet. We’ve had the same brand upstairs for a year and it has held up beautifully. Very soft, comfortable under foot and looks nice.

I haven't had carpet long enough to rate it on durability. Once I do the rating can go up. But I got the plushest pad and most density it came in so it would feel cushy, and so far it feels great!

Glad I spent a few extra dollars. This carpet and it installation from Home Depot was GREAT!

Outgasing of the carpet quite persistent (slight chemical odor). Hopefully it will go away with the use of air filtration. Otherwise looks and feels good to walk on it….

I’m completely happy with this Home Depot carpeting. We paired it with their top carpet pad and it feels fantastic. We have had this same carpet in other rooms and it has held up very well. It is durable and thick, while remaining soft. It cleans up really well too. Au natural color is great. We highly recommend this carpet.

Carpet itself did not meet our expectataions as far as leaving shoe prints The major complaint is that the seam is very noticeable.

The carpet was expensive but looks great. However, the installers did a poor job. It took over a month for the manager to come, a crew to come, the crew to realize they couldn't fix the problem, Home Depot to order another piece of carpeting for the hallway (where the problem was), and another 10 days for that to arrive, then another several days to get the carpet installers to fix what they had done wrong. HD hires out to Western Flooring. Perhaps I got unlucky. Perhaps HD needs to hire someone else. But here's the problem, HD still owes me money. I have to re-hire the painter to come back because Western Flooring scraped the heck out of my freshly painted walls. So, the carpet is nice, but the saga goes on.

I was very impressed with the installers, very professional and polite and cleaned up totally after!
