I wanted a spa but did not want to pay too much , so I researched and bought this spa. It came as described and on time, the delivery guy even helped me. It only took a short time to set up since it was plug and play. I have had it about a month and it has been fantastic- the jets are powerful and it keeps a very hot temp. If you are looking for an inexpensive yet nice spa, this is a good one to start with!

you need this
we waited to review this spa until we had used it for a few months. we love it! size is perfect for 2 and fits under our covered porch with just enough room to add a lift for the top and a little outdoor table. we haven't really noticed any change to our power bill; credit to the way it's heated. super easy to keep clean. if you would like a small, durable and nice spa then look at this one. from the order process to the delivery to the usage - no complaints at all.

A good value overall
For the price, this hot tub is all the two of us need. Simple to set up and operate. Efficient and quiet with low power consumption. The plug end is very large and perpendicular to the prongs, so it won't go into a standard outdoor recessed receptacle. The owner's manual says in bold letters not to use a floater with compressed chlorine but the alternative is high-maintenance: test the water at least twice a week, turn on pump, add chlorine, come back out and turn off the pump after ten minutes.

after 18 months pump and heater failed
Started out great but after 18 months- pump seized and heater got hole in tube leaked onto pump ruining it. only one year warranty not good!

Great self treat!
A real joy to get in and out of this little spa. It does as it says and if you read your manual likely all your questions will be answered. Even in hot Florida a caressing spa is wonderful. It was easy to place in position, easy to access the plug. (you have to take off the access door to extend the plug). Quick to fill and heated up well. I just test the water, adjust things if needed. When it's ready I test it again in about a week. Couldn't be easier and I am a 75 year old Grandma!

Best bang for your buck!
I was super skeptical on this economical hot tub, I purchased it for my airbnb and it's been a hit! Compared to my old one and my friends hot tub at his airbnb, this one requires far less maintenance! Idk what it is but I'm always cleaning the one at my buddy's airbnb, but this one seems to grab all the dirt and bugs and pull it into the filter, I just clean the filter about once a month, easy peasy! Will be buying another for my new airbnb

I love my new hot tub. I keep the cover on between uses. My only complaint is: there needs to be a flat area to set a beverage by each seat. The sides are all at a slant. No place to set a cup.
