The tub is great. The first one I’ve ever owned...
The tub is great. The first one I’ve ever owned so I don’t have a lot to base it off of but the jets are powerful, the temperature holds well, it seats a family of 5 easily and it’s easy to use. The set up was straightforward with an electrician on hand. Moving the tub to the back yard was tough.

For the price point this spa is fantastic! It was delivered connected to power filled and was ready for a soak in a matter of hours. It seems to keep the temp really well. I also really like the 2 pumps. We can have half the jets on and the other half of tub off.

do not buy it!
This hot tub is not worth the price! I read the reveiws and they were all good so i went with it, terrible mistake. Everything started from the delivery; they drop the hot tub off on your driveway so good luck trying to find someone (company) that would move it to desired location; we had to move it ourselves (6 people) after a lot of research and prayers! This hot tub’s surface is VERY rough, feels like you are sitting on sand paper, the filtration system is not that great and it takes forever for the resin smell to go away; the jets are powerfull but with having 2 pumps get ready for your power bill to go up more than normal. I wish i could return this item!!

It doesn’t come with all the bells and whistles of more expensive hot tubs but so far it has been great. No problems and the jets are nice and strong. They don’t adjust position but I just move from seat to seat so different areas of my back can be massaged. Got it 53% off reg price and so worth it!

This hot tub is great. The jets in 5 seats are quite strong. The hot tub heats nicely and the cover snaps on nicely. Setup was fairly straight forward and the directions are clear. The tub seems well built and low Maintenance . The lights and waterfall are easy to operate. Highly recommend.

Hello! An error of FLO means that no water flow is detected by the control
system but flow is expected. To fix the issue, make sure that the jet pump is running and water
is flowing; check and clean filters; make sure water valves are open; make sure spa has a proper water level. If problem persists, call customer service at (888) 961-7727 Ext. 8440 or email them at ahsservice@watkinsmfg.com. After 22 years our existing hot tub needed a replacement, we had purchased it originally from Home Depot. We shopped around at local stores and online. Since we had such good luck with our last tub we decided we would try Home Depot again. We ordered the LS700DX and waited for it to deliver. It delivered as scheduled. Had 4 friends help me move to the back yard and lay it down, as it is shipped on edge. Installed the electrical and filled it up. Powered it up and it started heating, water was 58 degrees at power up, next morning we had an hour soak with a yeti full of hot coffee, best way to start your weekend morning. This ones a keeper!! We also ordered the low mount cover lift and it works great to open and close the tub cover.

Fantastic hydrotherapy from a powerful 2 motor 90 jet hot tub that includes colored lights and an ozonator. Extra jets and motors to power them make the big positive difference when choosing your hot tub. Workmanship on everything above and below the cabinet appear to be top notch.

I would recommend the product at the price point of 52% off retail. At full retail price, not a recommendation. This unit does not have 90 jets, it has 55 ish jets plus 2 larger jets with 12-20 holes in each. This is a plastic tub and not very well braced on the inside. There are no horizontal surfaces around the top of the tube for beverages. There are no padded head rests. This tub is advertised at a 7 person tub, which it might be if each person were under 100 pounds and 5 feet in stature. It is a 4 person / adult tub. This tub is a replacement tub for my original fiberglass tub that finally died after 15 years. My original tub was a 7 person tub, (but about 12 " larger in width and length), had head rests, cup holders, etc. If you tried to fit 7 people in this tub all the water would be displaced outside of the tub. (again, think 4 person tub for the LS700DX). On a side note, delivery was perfect. 2 guys called 30 minutes ahead to notify of delivery and placed the tub at the end of my drive way (about 70 yards from the street) where 6 of my friends took over to carry it to location. Electrical hook up was easy and there is a pre drilled cabinet hole for accessing the wiring.

Great hot tub for half the price!
Great hot tub! Worth the few extra dollars to get the hot tub with two - 2.5 hp pumps. Allows us to have all the jets run at once. We use it daily and easily fit our family of five. I don’t think I could find a better hot tub for anywhere near the price we paid on sale. Everything we had hoped for and a waterfall feature! LED light changes color and there is an ozonator system. Nothing to want for and no buyers remorse knowing we didn’t pay too much. Go for it!

Very disappointed with this product! Buyer be aware. The posting and vendor that sells this item is very misleading. This item doesn’t have 90 jets....they consider 2 separate heads to have 14 jets each...do not buy this item!!!! I trird to speak with customer service and got nowhere...

Gladly review my 90 jet hottub. This tub is the kreme de la Kreme of hot tubs the jets are strong and powerful. The lights are bright and the comfort of this tub after work with a bottle of champagne float you into another world! I wouldnt purchase any other minimum jets. Thank you we love it!!!!!
