It took my boyfriend and I did it in 3 days, we never did anything like that before. Definitely need 2 people. It's very sturdy and looks amazing. We built the foundation with wood & worked great.

Easier to assemble than most viewers state. Took myself and a helper 9 hours to put together. Good quality. Gave it four stars because of the doors not fitting that well. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent Shed
We are incredibly impressed with our Lifetime Storage Shed. We were in a horrible hail storm in Calgary. Our siding was in holes and torn off our house, but our Lifetime Storage Shed was like new still. They only thing that needed replacing was the sunroofs and vents. We called Lifetime and they sent us replacements for no charge at all. Now that that is replaced, you would never know anything happened. Lifetime's customer service agents were amazing. I am so happy with the product and the employees are first class. I would highly recommend this product and company.

I am going to return it. The plastic is extremely flimsy and trying to click it into the baseboards nearly impossible and that to make the wall, there are NO screw holes with which to attach it. Not a great product at all.

Shed is okay
Do be vigilant when building the unit when you are installing the side door to opposing side. Assemble parts on separate day than constructing day. 1. Be Experienced. 2. Extra hardware prescribed in manual not neede 3. Incorrect hardware supplied for assembly. 4. Lots of Extra hardware at end. Some needed in manual and some not. 5. Three people are a must (unless the two of you have 3 arms and one can be in two different places). 6. Side and front door hinge/poles are not the same length. 7. Transformer parts for no reason? 8. drill bit included??? For what Firstly, If you have experienced a lot of made in China directions, it won't be that big of a deal the next day when you are done. The process engineers did not spend a lot of time on the accuracy side of creating a manual. Secondly, there was extra hardware left that was specified in the beginning of sectional assemblies at the end (For section 3.1- (8) ADZ screws are needed, use 4 and throw the remaining 4 over shoulder?) This can be a very weary situation and can waste valuable time to make sure you are not screwing things up, attempting to following directions. Trick is to have a wife around to tell you are wrong or right, supplying a second opinion…. Thirdly, there seems to be someone engineering/purchasing longer hardware and then buying/supplying additional washers to compensate that length. Section 6.6 tells you to use 2 washers (AEE) together and do not overtighten. How about just supplying a shorter screw and not overtightening? I hope there is a good reason that I do not know of for that. In addition, the skylights - AGB were scuffed. Pro bably because of all the other parts (including metal) rubbing on them during shipping and transit. Possible protective film on them? Also, I would have been nice to fix my mistake of “AFG” assembled (section 2.9) incorrectly after part of the roof was built and I could not get to the “ADY screws. For $1400 you could have added spacers and replaced those screws with one long screw to follow through the whole connection (you’re welcome). BTW, what in the world are those square holes for on this AFG anyways, identifying location??? Fourthly, there was a lot of hardware at the end of assembly and construction of shed. Some was not even prescribed for use in manual, majority was used but supplied in excess. I had to walk around shed to make sure I didn’t miss about 50 screws. Fifthly, a lot of the parts, I will honestly say, were not molded correctly and needed a third person to manipulate the part down, the second to hold the part in place and the third to quickly put the screw in. Please do not insult the “Made in America” term. Even though some emergency screw fastening is needed, manually inserting them is still the way to go. Do not use a drill. There were even a dozen screws where they were not tightening down at all as well. Sixthly, after you have assembled the doors, make sure you mark them for the install. You will have 2 left and 2 right doors that will not have the same hinge length. Seventhly, section 10 (parts required) AGH/AGI: Why are these two separate parts, instead of one like its fraternal twin AGF? One has hinge slots, is angled and the other does not, and is straight? Cost reduction? Eighthly and finally (because I spent way too much time on this already), A drill bit was supplied in section 7 (ADC). Tools required for section 7 (on same page) screwdriver. Section 7.5 strictly forbids the use of a drill….. Section 10 however, does not supply a drill bit but requires a drill for self-tapping screw. Can I use the same drill bit from section 7? Aside from all of that, it, I think after the day of setting it up, it is an okay shed. There are many other sheds out there that are cheaper and are less confusing. I would just expect that if you spend this much money on something, the manufacturer (unless molded outside of USA) would have put a lot more time, effort, logic and consideration into the whole process from molding to install. Oh and pick up the phone/respond to emails when your customers have questions. I heard it is helpful. Imagine if you were short a part and needed to get a hold of them to get a part and it took longer than oh, a week and counting to get a response, half-mast assembled with a storm coming :-/ Peace out

The product it cheap and after learning the two center pieces were identical I could not put it together. I waited on the phone for an hour and nobody answered or helped. I returned this shed and got my money back. Don’t waist your time or money just build a tuff shed or build one from scratch. Do it right the first time!

Nightmare at assembly
WHAT a night mirror to assemble. I had a 30+ year carpenter/craftsman who has done several excellent remodels to improve my home help me and my wife with putting this together. 1st, why over 100 pages to do it? 2nd, I believe it would have been easier if there was a sequential approach to those directions. I had previously purchased a Lifetime shed over 12 years ago. It was EASY for me to put together by myself, that is why I went back to Lifetime. I was replacing it with this larger shed. I will not be doing that again. Over all it has turned out to be a good shed for my new needs, but WOW, doubt I will replace or add another in my yard with Lifetime.

I bought the shed less than a month age and I have dealt with Terry in Customer Service. He has been top drawer. I dealt with Customer Service through no fault of the product. I would not buy anything else. Really appreciated how they respond very fast and more than satisfactorily.

Sturdy, good looking shed. A few little challenges with set-up (door alignment and locking mechanism) but overall, it's a nice roomy shed once it is together. A bit more expensive than other resin sheds of the same size but it has extra features like skylights, windows and two sets of double doors for easy access and ventilation. Having a level foundation on which to put the shed is a must. So far, I like it.

We bought this shed in the fall of 2019.Yes it took us 15 hrs total to put it together, but honestly it is built well, and one of the best looking sheds out there. We plan on making a deviding wall inside, so that one enterance can be a small mini bar with fridge, and the other doors will lead to storage for lawn mower, etc.
You definately need a ladder and 2 people to assemble, especially the roof. We purchased this shed from a big box store in Ontario, and one of the corners of the boxes was open, there was 14 pieces missing :-{ I spoke with the MFG directly, and Jonathan in customer service had the items shipped from the US to Canada within 4 days, no questions aked. He was great. The big box store apologized in an email and offered an additional discount off of the product.
This double walled Polyethylene panelled shed stands strong on our new deck in a trailer park, and we hope that it well outlasts it 10yr mfg warrenty. According to the website, additions can be installed on this shed for extra room if needed. Another nice feature if required. I will add a photo to this site in the springof 2020.

Do not buy this Lifetime Shed for any price .
It is the most ridiculously over complicated shed I've ever owned and I have 4 sheds at home.
Suncast and Rubbermaid sheds are just as durable and much simpler and easier to assemble.
The directions were HORRIBLE and they shorted me on many necessary screws and bolts.
Trying to reach their Customer support is futile . I tried a number of times and no one ever picked up.
The links provided in the directions to any internet help do not lead anywhere but deadends.
Do NOT buy this Lifetime shed.
If You do buy it ,make sure to have alot of antacid on hand for your pending ulcer to come.
I assume its named Lifetime because it takes a Lifetime to assemble it. I still haven't figured out the door latches.
To end on a good note, Lifetime Coolers are excellent for the price and I would recommend their coolers.
But they should most definitely get out of the shed business.

Well designed
I bought this shed near the end of Sep 2019 and attempted to complete the assembly before the first snowstorm of the season (95% done before the storm). We ran out of sunlight and missing skylights and had to tarp it while
waiting for parts. We took about three hours to pre-assemble and sort out parts and hardware and about 5 hrs of assembly. We anticipate about 1 to 2 more hours to finish the roof. We had two semi skilled assemblers and one person to weather in the skylights and windows plus act as 'gopher'. Spent some unproductive time in assembly then realizing the washers were in the wrong place and taking it apart. Next time we'll ace it.

Your instuctions were excellent, obviously not written by Chinese manufacturers. The corner pieces were somewhat difficult, but I perservered. I installed your shed on a deck that I built above an uneven ground level. I used six piers in concrete of 2-inch rigid conduit.

Skylights
Purchased this shed but the skylights were warped and the film could not be removed so they would be clear. Wrote to customer service and they were so accommodating (amazing service) they sent out replacement skylights right away and arrived in days, and we live in Ontario Canada. We highly recommend this company and could not be more pleased with their customer service.
