We specifically wanted a fingerprint scanner lock but also wanted to have the mechanical option with the key, in case if any electronic issue or batteries failing. We liked the robust look of this lock and it feels robust to use as well. The fingerprint scanner is fast and convenient. We have set the pin code however we haven’t used it much as the fingerprint scanner is quicker. Now the kids are older they all have their fingerprint in it so now I can’t race the kids to the door and get in first and lock them out for my own personal amusement, lol.

I bought this lock. Its profile is large and looks magnanimous on the door. I decided to go with the fingerprint option so that my kid can open it as well if locked outside. I ordered the LH side fingerprint version of the lock. Satin Nickle finish is good as it is smudge-free. If you have a smart hub from Lockly, you can add this version of the lock for control of the lock over wi-fi.

The first smart lock I tried was one of those Chinese knock-offs that drained a set of 8 batteries A DAY! so I decided to repurpose the emergency charging port as the default power source. As bad as it was, it lasted for 3 years and I liked it a lot but now that we have this Lockly smart lock, we left the RFID fobs behind and, boy let me tell you it's a whole lot easier to just approach the door and open up with one finger than fiddling with the keys and trying to find the fob, while carrying the groceries at the same time. The aesthetics is just a wonderful plus.

functionally speaking, it is flawless; but there is couple things just to point out. 1. the 5-1/2 metal plate, it could be better in appearance; 2. when unlock from inside, the lever turn will also lead to a slightly turn of the outside lever, i don't know if it was designed to be this way so anyone from outside will know someone is unlocking the door; but seems not normal. Overall, it is an very good product. it it could a physical button/knob to be able to override the automatic lock, then it will be perfect.

This lock has been perfect for garage entry into my house. A simple setup process and now I'm able to just use my fingerprint to enter my house. No more fumbling with keys.

I added this smart lock to an audio-video room. Multiple different people need access on different days. At first, folks thought it was overboard. It was a simple solution that I constantly get questions about. I talk these things up so much it's almost like I work at Lockly. HA!

I absolutely lock this lock. Due to mobility issues I have had trouble dropping my keys or fumbling with convention door knob lock. The app option has made what should be a simple issue, a lot easier for me. I wish I could have purchased one for both entry doors but couldn't afford two at this time. Thank you for a great product!

I bought this lock about 3months ago to use in my garage. The material used is solidly built in black. Even after daily used, there is no scratching on the service, its cleaning looking.. connected to a hub, we haven’t seen any problems with this device.. its work really well and the software is very easy to use and the reporting alert are good

We got our Lockly Secure Plus Smart Lock a couple of months ago. I was initially leery, thinking, we already have a deadbolt, and keys work fine. Consider my eyes opened! We have two children under 10, and first of all, they LOVE opening the door with their fingerprint! It's a race to get there first! Secondly, the 'Peek-Proof' keypad is secure from peering eyes (didn't the Eagles sing, 'You can't hide your prying eyes?') should they have to enter their passcode. And it bears mentioning, that at some point we would give them their own keys, and we all know what happens with kids and keys (or just about anything)...they lose them! The Lockly is the perfect answer! Finally, I love being able to activate the deadbolt so easily just by lifting the door handle after leaving for added security. Any apprehension I had initially regarding the install was quickly alleviated by spot-on instructions - average handyman skills are all you need, and we all have those! Suffice to say, we are completely happy with our Peek-Proof Lockly Secure Plus Smart Lock! Maybe a catchier name in the future? :)

I bought this a month ago and we are all loving it. We primarily use the fingerprint to enter the home and so far havent had any issues. Its so easy to use even when its dark outside.

I bought this about a month ago to give me peace of mind while on vacation in case my cat needed emergency assistance. I felt confident that I could give access to anyone to be able to enter my home to help my cat. The lock is sleek and looks great. One star removed because the fingerprint scanner can be difficult at times but when it works, it works great. I wish it wasn’t so close to the door jam either.

Words can't describe how much this lock has changed my household, it is incredibly convenient to not worry about bringing keys every time we leave the house and having the numbers change on the pin pad for extra security is incredible!

Had this installed about 2 weeks ago and has worked well. The one complaint is that the instructions are a bit vague on the app but able to ultimately get it set up.

Really this lock. Sometimes the fingerprint won't work but other than that I feel secure with this lock

We did so much research and looked at so many reviews and ended up buying a lockly. It is an amazing product. The fingerprint reader is what made us purchase this product; it works consistently and I'm happy to have a way for my son & father to be able to enter the house without a key or code. I also like that you can program different codes for different users. This lock was a lot more money than we wanted to spend, but it was worth it. It was very easy to install and the app is very user friendly.
