Purchased this to be a mobile remote to control lights mounted on back garage. It did not come with pairing instructions and the little slip of paper is in tiny print and not helpful (hence I dropped a star). I followed instructions I found from other users but had to phone Lutron for detailed. Instructions: Hold down the off switch on the wired-in control for ~8 secs (until it blinks rapidly). While it's still blinking, do the same on the remote. Done!

I appreciate the options the caseta wireless dimmer switch provides - voice control and manual with degrees of light. Voice control is particularly helpful when you enter a room with your hands full or in the dark. And, of course, the degrees of light are great when you are watching TV or looking for ambience.

Despite multiple attempts, no explanations on Ring connection to Wi-Fi if using a two way switches.

I install the system a few months ago and me and my family love it no more getting off the couch to shut the lights off!!!

I’ve used a lot of Wi-Fi switches and plugs. Won’t name names, but at least 8 different kinds. The Caseta were easiest to set up and control and automate. Due partially to app, partially to design of switches, due to reliability. Have over 45 switches installed.

My home is a smart home from the lights, TV, thermostat, garage door, mailbox, etc. My wife likes having wall switches as well as using voice commands. She also really loves these pico remotes for the end tables, so she can turn on the light next to her chair while watching TV without using Alexa. Prior to using Lutron Caseta products, I used Insteon products for years. But on good friday of this year, they shut their servers down. So I had to switch to another manufacture. I choose Lutron since it had a great reputation as well as lots of support products from lights to fans.

I changed all the switches in my house and wish I would have done it sooner …. Great system everyone should have this in the house

Installed a group of these in my renovated garage, work very nice both via wifi.

It works perfect without any issue. I use them all around house and I am happy about them.

We have a 16x24 workshop and have exterior lights on all four corners. 2 face the street and 2 face the backyard. We did not want motion sensor activated lights as they can be problematic. With the ability to operate remotely, automatically (PID), or with 'scenes' and 'schedules', they are an awesome solution for what we were looking for. Extremely pleased. Thank you for such a product. It would be great to have a mode with settings that would mimick motion sensor lights.

I would recommend this product to anyone. Works great. EASY to install. The downside: the price. I want to upgrade my whole house, but am forced to do one switch at a time.

This is the perfect addition to any smart home. I eventually will replace all my light and fan switches

Easy to program! Hold switch off button until the LED blinks. Hold the remote off button until the lights blink, and you are done! I have the PICO remotes inside my house and the Caseta switch to turn on the outside lights inside my stand-alone work shop across the driveway (60-70' away). Fantastic for controlling lights on a remote building, where physically wiring a switch would be a major expense!

This remote button worked as described. Very easy to install and use.

I needed a pico remote to control my outdoor light control switch. It's hooked up to an attic fan to operate as a mini whole house fan but for one room. It works exactly like it is expected to.
