Not typical 3way switch
Instructions are terrible and you must bypass your companion switch would not have purchased..just see there youtu.be comments

Super easy to install and very smooth operation. Just be aware the switch is capable of up to 150 W for LED or 600W for Halogen.

Poor Quality
We did our last house with Lutron Dimmers. 18 dimmers, about 1/2 were faulty. HD refunded our money. All were replaced with simpler Leviton dimmers which worked fine.
Now we find ourselves in the same situation. Another renovation, chose Lutron for looks, so far we've replaced 2 switches, I have another 2 to replace today (with simpler Leviton dimmers) and there's another 2 that are acting weird. So far about a 25% reject rate. The lights are not the problem, the dimmers are poor quality.
