This is a great switch- just slide your finger up/down...
This is a great switch- just slide your finger up/down the lighted bar to change brightness. It has a solid feel and quiet sound when switched on & off, unlike some other switches. It makes a great night-light to find the light switch in the dark as well.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. One way you can help alleviate flickering is by adjusting the bulb's dimming range--especially the low end of the range. Our C·L dimmers feature a low-end adjustment, which you can use to do just that. Adjusting the range is easy; see step (#) in the following guide: https://www.lutron.com/TechnicalDocumentLibrary/048734.pdf
We also suggest making sure your bulb has been tested and approved by Lutron to provide the best dimming performance with your dimmer. There is currently no industry standard in LED manufacturing; since not all LEDs are designed the same, performance will vary with different dimmers. Straightforward install. Nice, simple, and clean design. To me it is ADA compliant with the ease in using the toggle and sensory sliding to dim or not dim the lights. It would be nice to sell/have more on hand and in stock at stores the faceplate.

The switch is great. Easy to install (although it takes a lot of room in the box) and operates fine. However, it only works with certain lightbulbs. The wrong type of dimmable LED will flicker. Lutron has a pretty extensive list of compatible bulbs. If you get the wrong type (which seems to be what is offered at HomeDepot), be prepared to tear your hair out.

Very Nice, But Very Fragile
I installed it and enjoyed it thoroughly for a good half hour, super cool device. I decided to change out the bulbs. Merely unscrewing a bulb without killing power was all it took. I had no idea they were so sensitive. Really loved it for 30 min though.

It's a no go for me
Great idea. However, when you turn the switch off then back on, the lights go back to 100% instead of the dimmed setting you have set up on the switch

Very easy to install. Touch Bar works great, is sensitive. The only complaint I have is that the back side that goes inside the box is bulky and makes it hard to have several dimmers or store wires around it.

I needed two dimmer switches for two new LED lights...
I needed two dimmer switches for two new LED lights in my kitchen\dinette area. This product works nicely for this purpose. As I am not an electrician, I did need to learn what certain terms in the instructions meant, but that was not difficult to find. Installation was straight forward and we are very pleased with the touchpad action.
