The description said this was a replacement for my APC UPS, but it is not the same size and won't physically fit in the unit. I didn't get around to replacing it until too late and it is past the return date.

I've only owned them for around a month but so far they have been working fine. I use them in a 48V battery backup in three parallel packs of four in series. The only real issue I've run into is the connector spades are not quite the right size for the wiring harness I use which gives the risk of the wires coming loose.

Excellent batteries...used to replace old ones in wildlife feeders.

Met my need for Verizon battery backup at half yhe price.

I bought this to replace a dead battery in a Certified car booster that I bought 2nd hand, put this in and now it's brand new, only had to modify the post's they were too small, so I had the cut my wires and put new eyelet wires on with small screws to it all good.

The security system battery was installed July 2024 and is serving its purpose. Hopefully it will get a few years of life from it. It wasn't in stock at the store, but it took a little longer than promised before it arrived, but it was in perfect shape. Store was helpful in recycling the old lithium battery.

Battery lasted less than 2 years as back-up power to a hard-wired alarm system. Will be looking for a new brand.

I bought this to replace a dying battery for my security system. It works fine and was a good price. Had it for 18 months now and no issues, so not much else to say other than it works!

Not sure if it was charged. Staff confused about shipment. Nearly identical item in store but twice the price. Basic replacement part for telephone/internet household hardware. Why is this part online only?

My alarm battery was giving me signals that it was low, order a new battery from home depot. Got it in a week, no more problems. All is well.

Delivery was by USPS. 10 days delayed through USPS delivery to the HD Store. Battery is good. Doing its job.

Advertised as a replacement for my UPS APC BE500U. APC charges $60 for a replacement so a search for a compatible replacement brought me here. Good thing I checked the dimensions prior to ordering. The dimensions of this battery are way off. I have no idea about the quality but I’m glad I did my research and didn’t order based on HD’s description only.

Exactly as described, no surprises. Used as a replacement for a major brand battery in my security system. I have found that these types of batteries are indeed rechargeable and can last for many years. At this price point it was an easy choice.

Excellent quality for the price. They fit my SmartUPS 1500XS and are running great.

Battery works. Used as backup power for home phone service. Replaced one that lasted 15 years. Hope to get many years with this one.

No issue so far. Will see how long it last.
