Missing pieces, pieces didn’t fit together

These were damaged in shipment ( poor packing) . Since they took so long to get TV didn’t want to deal with sending them back. The damage was minor but being able to get some touch up paint would have been nice!

The color of the cabinet was off a shade or two. It looks as it was made from two different factories.

Predrilled holes did not line up. Wood is not painted or stained it is a sticker that was already peeling off. Not worth the $.

So many problems... I wish I'd never had bought it. I don't know where to start. First, package was damaged, and a number of the pieces had corner damage. Second, the instructions are so messed up. We had to undue and turn around many of the fasteners. It won't be right if the picture is wrong. Many of the steps were just plain wrong. Then, the hardware is light beige on a dark gray unit. Why? It looks terrible. Lastly, no hanging instructions at all. None. A cabinet sitting on the floor.

Never again. Came with 12 wood pieces 2 essential pieces were missing. Had to wait another week or so only for none of the holes on the side pieces to add up so had to drill our own. Awful. Spend the extra $ on quality cabinetry.

The cabinets have bare wood on top and bottom of the from piece. Mine went into the laundry room so not a big deal, just would not have though that it would be this poorly made. They also have a few spots on the door that are peeling and have only been up for a day. I am not so worried as it is on the inside and not very noticeable yet, but something to think about for anyone else purchasing these cabinets. Recommend for anywhere besides kitchen. The fitment could use some work as well.

Boxes were damaged so was product

I buy a lot from Home Depot and I regret this purchase. It took us 4 hours to put this cabinet together. The instruction are terrible the predrilled holes didn’t match up and it’s very flimsy when you are all done with it. Save your money and buy preassembled cabinet might cost a little more but it will be worth it in the end.

Had to drill new holes because the pre drilled ones DID NOT LINE UP!!! Also - the screws to anchor it to the wall were not included. So that made for another trip back to the store. Definitely turned into a 2 person job. Contemplated returning it- but the size was perfect.

Do not buy! It might seem like a good idea, I'm pretty handy but nothing lines up correctly to even try to put the screws in.

Missing over half of the hardware. Cheaply made, not the quality I was expecting.

Was really expecting it to be already assembled. The direction were terrible.

These cabinets are OK for utility room, garage or basement; would not recommend for kitchen. Fit and finish were average. Tear out present on the dado cuts that required cleaning up; face frame was not square. Side panels color was not the same as front requiring sanding and repainting. Required wood clamps and brad gun to get assembled. Look elsewhere for kitchen quality cabinets.

Package arrived crushed and taped up. Upon opening we found the hard ware was missing as well as some of the parts. It was returned and I received the refund promptly

Nothing fit correctly. Connector plates on the (B) panel is did not even come close to linking up properly. The L brackets on the A frame were in the way of the channel. No way to make it work. This product is a joke from step 1.

Very poor product. I had to do a lot of corrections. Missing screws. The alinement was way off. It’s cheap plywood. The cost is way over priced. I would not recommend this product. Pros. None. - Cons every thing else. I hate to complain because life is short but in this case it just bad design. One more thing. If you do decide to get it pick it up . Get it at the store and not FedEx. They damage part of the box and I found a peace of the side panel on the ground outside

Fantastic quality for the price. Recommend this current looking piece.

Stay away from this product at all costs. We tried ordering it twice and in both cases the screw holes did not properly align. Way off. Why twice? The first order was missing the side board. So we reordered. It didn't really matter because in both orders, the boards did not properly align with the screw holes. Poor quality too! We returned both orders to our local Home Depot store. The bright spot was the customer service we recieved from Home Depot throughout this miserable process. Kudo’s to Home Depot!!!
