Too small in size , created back pain as well arm’s doesn’t hold

My son assemble this chair for me with ease. It's very comfortable and relaxing and the arm rest makes it a joy to use when I'm working from home. Thank you so much for your prompt delivery.

This chair hurts less than others. I've been through many chairs trying to find the one that won't hurt my back/neck/shoulders/ arms, etc... This chair has worked better than most, including a Herman miller Aeron chair I purchased (Size B, maybe should have tried size A) BUT THIS CHAIR SQUEAKS! It squeaks SO MUCH! Every move I make SQUEAKS! If it was mild squeaking I could stand it, but it even annoys my co workers. Also, the tilt seat doesn't stay tilted back. I wish the arms would lift higher and pivot. I would love the manufacturer to exchange this chair for one that doesn't squeak! Please!!!!! My boss sat in this chair and said she may have to order one because it helped her back and leg, but she's waiting to see if I can get it to not squeak. I would give excellent rating if it didn't make noise, or if the seat tilt worked properly.

Less than a month and the seat is already no good and my tailbone has not stopped hurting.

The chair itself was fine, but the ordering process from Home Depot was awful. The first shipment I got took 12 days (after they told me it was going to be late) and then arrived with multiple missing parts! The second shipment was on backorder “indefinitely” which they didn’t tell me until after I had ordered it again. Very poor customer service. They should just stick to selling in their stores or at least not selling stuff as a 3rd party.

Compared Price to several BrandS with same functionality and features, this Is the best price . Comfort and functionality: very comfortably adjustable Feels very sturdy And we well made. Definitely worth the $136 price I paid for it ( Free shipping)

Comfortable seat, adjustable arms, back and seat make the chair great to use all day

I bought this chair because it was rated to hold more weight than most other chairs. It is a very comfortable chair. I like how adjustable it is. The one thing I don't like is the backrest doesn't stay put. Over a few hours it slips down lower than where I like it, since its only held in place by twisting a knob that applies pressure to hold it. Other than that, it is a fantastic chair and I do recommend it!
