It's begun to drip water when closed after less then 10 usages. Bought in 2017 Installed in 2018 ...

Returned the item was not enough pressure from the water flow based on the size of the shower head.

I like this model very much. We had bought one...
I like this model very much. We had bought one 3 years ago but I had to replace it because the hose from the Handheld Shower Head broke off at the main shower head port. I was glad to see that Moen changed the design to make this a screw on connection.

Looks pretty good
Easy on the pocket, easy on the eyes, easy to install. I had to take it apart once it was installed as the water volume/pressure regulators had the flow down to a trickle. Once I removed them, the flow was great and I'm enjoying this shower.

very strong water pressure with the shower and the hand held, more so if you remove the shower head flow restrictor, magnetix is also good for the attached hand held, it holds up the shower head securely, overall a very good product.
