I would give zero if possible.First Moen trim missing interior...
I would give zero if possible.First Moen trim missing interior threads.First valve kit missing 5 parts. Second Moen trim kit does not install as pictured/described on universal bidet base.Switching to Kohler, of course now the color I need is no longer available. Process is such a pain, waste of time/money. Whole house remodel, this was only plumbing fixture bought from HD and the only one with multiple problems.

Great product. Instructions didn’t mention that pushing down on control handle stops water flow. Had some difficulty figuring that out.

I have a Kohler bidet and the plastic diverter valve started leaking. I order on directly from Kohler but returned it since the gaskets were also leaking. After several calls and emails I never received a refund from them.
I had recently replaced Moen bathroom and kitchen sink and was impressed with the quality and ease of installation. I research their replacement parts for the bidet and noticed the diverted valve was made of brass and not plastic. I call Home Depot and Moen to confirm the installation of valves would work on the Kohler bidet. I was a pleasure to get a quick response that it would work.
Mechanically inclined, I replaced the valves and faucet trims per the instructions.

Very Nice!
Looks great, Fits 20 yr old bidet perfectly. It doesn't come with the valve so be sure to order it as well.
