Over 1/3 of the tile were damaged upon delivery. Lucky for us the room we used the tile in was small and needed alot of cuts so I was able to cut away the damaged areas. I mentioned this to Home Depot when we returned 1 of the boxes and they said that I could have returned any damaged full box, which was great but, no comments about communicating the issue to the warehouse or delivery folks that damaged the tile during shipping so I would guess this problem will continue.

The peice that was ordered for me wasn't the same color as the floor I ordered Edgewood cherry and what they sent me looked like it's brown

Flooring that this was used for is junk.

Did not fit the planks . Installer was not happy

Ordered “urban ash” trim 4 times and received elmwood ash. Color is incorrect for the “Peyor Blue” flooring stocked at home depot .

This product does not match the Pelican Grey flooring it says it is for…the color is way off. I returned it.

It was a lighter in shade from the first stick I got but I'll make it work

This does not match the vinyl floor pelican same manufacturer. It’s more brown than grey

Great looking flooring. A scrap piece was left outside for 3 days in the rain - no warpage. NOTE: Be sure accessories (T-molding, reducer, etc) are also available.

Great quality, product as described, looks great with my luxury vinyl plank flooring. Price was comparable to other stores. Color as described plan to buy again to finish the rest of my home.

The color is amazing, but the moulding didn't work like we had hoped, so we went a different route.

Product was suppose to be gray, received brown.

this item worked perfectly No problems.

It was not the material that I needed.

It's a beautiful color and easy to install, but it is much narrower than I expected/would have liked. Transition pieces are usually a little wider, which helps hide some flooring imperfections and looks nicer in my opinion.

They've changed this trim piece, the mounting track is a bit different and the way the pattern is wrapped around the plastic is different. Not necessarily bad but when installed the height of the old stock vs this aren't the same. Not an issue if this is all new for you. On it's own it looks good, blends in with the flooring (MSI Woodland Alpine Mountain) and you probably won't find a cheaper price anywhere else.
