I saw the product in more than one Home Depot store and really liked the light tan w a hint of gray color. Unfortunately I ordered the product for delivery to another state and was not present to revive it, the installer received the material and installed it, sending me a picture of the completed floor installation. The color of the floors are really gray and not the same color as what I wanted and saw in the store. I was told that the colors may vary from store to store???

⚠️‼️Warning do not buy
When I first brought this product I wanted to give it a chance given the bad reviews. I had my uncle come out who is a licensed in the field of installing flooring and told me the vinyl was no good as it was taking him HOURS to get one section to stayed clicked together . I watched him try to get the vinyl to click together but it kept coming apart. Also it was chipping in various places. Please do not buy !!!! It’s a waste of money and time. Very disappointed

    Poor service and quality
I bought 2 cases to bring home. Loved the color. I decided to order 4 more. They were delivered the next day. None of them matched the ordered product. A couple of boxes had one correct color on top and the rest were random finishes. Some are chipped. So now i have to return them with an injury and my opportunity to install the flooring is gone. I will be returning them. It’s not the end of the world. It’s just the complete disregard for quality customer care.

      Disappointment
When we first put the flooring in we really liked how easy it was to install and so happy to be rid of carpet. Fast forward 6 months and we are very disappointed and wish we never spent the money to do this flooring. This flooring scratches easily, it doesn’t stay locked together, it cracks/splits in random areas and it’s all around junk. If you’re looking to do your floors do not settle for this garbage.

        Takes some getting used to
I covered 350 sf in basement w/Boca. I thought I should be using the mallet from install kit to knock them into place but that broke 2 many areas of locking mechanism. I realized that if you line up short end into previous tile short end then line up lengthwise you can pretty much snap them all in w/out aid of tools. If they’re not lining up check locking slides for scrap pieces, that will throw off alignment of subsequent tiles. easy install, nothing scratched yet-hoping it holds up esp to h2o

Good vinyl laminate for the price
Because vinyl is thinner than laminate flooring, the tongue and grooves are thinner. However, it is much stronger than wood laminate and fits much tighter, so you have to have it perfectly aligned. The key is getting your first 2-3 rows lined up straight. Then if you have a slight gap on the edges, if a rubber mallet doesn't force them together, take a scrap piece and hammer sideways. I have yet to damage a single piece. On the butt joints you can also use a hammer to get them perfectly flush.

Don’t be Cheap! Scratches easily NOT Recommended!
I bought this floor under a different brand name than it is now. The locking joints are thin and don’t hold the joints together. I had a couple joints repaired and pushed together, and the same day they are seperating again with 1 person walking on it.

Great color, great price. Mix of brown and gray, looks more gray. I think it was called provincial gray, was discontinued, and now it’s Boca de Yuma. Make sure you order it in advance, when I’ve needed it it wasn’t in stock in stores near me. We hired someone to install it. He said it’s quick and easy. We have this in all of our rental units.

                Excellent value for great quality
This is such a great flooring for the price. My husband has installed a lot of vinyl plank flooring, some of which was much more expensive, and this flooring was just as easy to install as its costlier counterparts. The 6 mil wear layer is key. This wear layer is comparable to much higher priced options. We painted the walls a light, warm grey and this flooring goes very well with our wall color (see photo). If you need it to go with tans and browns, it can do that too. The color was originally named Provance Grey but it has a new name (Boca de Yuma) and, hopefully, the same color because it is super nice.

I love the product, but in several of the pieces there is an obvious issue with the manufacturing process. It appears they had something in the process that didn't allow the grain image to flow cleanly.

I love the look this floor gave to my bathroom. And unlike tile, I don't mind walking on it barefoot in the bathroom.

                        Whew!
So my husband and I have never completed a project like this before. We’ve done small things out of wood like shelves or a table but never a floor. So in our house the first floor was all carpet except for the kitchen. We decided to change it out for a new floor and did all sorts of research. We preferred vinyl planking over laminate as we were more concerned about the water proof capabilities. We don’t have children and our dog is small where I wasn’t concerned about scratches and honestly it pretty hard to scratch. After about 4 weekends (we took our time) we finally finished. The part that took longest was the prepping. You have to take the carpet off, take off the quarter rounds and remove the tile and thinset. Do yourself a favor and buy a rotary tool or rent it as it will save you SO MUCH TIME. You want to make sure everything is clean and even (the ground) for the most part. We learned that not every room is “square” meaning that one room could be a little angled where the planking starts shifting in terms of how it looks. I would recommend starting where you’re going to have the widest/biggest view, so for example the living room or walkway entrance. Ensure your wood planks look straight from the entrance or where it would be really noticeable if it was crooked and then start laying them down. Read the instructions. There is a direction they go in which makes it WAY easier to install as opposed to the “wrong” way. You have to toggle it a little to install the planks but you’ll know once it’s in correctly when you hear a little pop or if it lays down flat. If there is tension when you push down on it, it could be the inner corner or one of the ends not linking in correctly. I read reviews where people say they chipped it or it doesn’t link and it’s because you need patience and trust in the system. You may have to set down a plank like 2 times before it sits right. If it doesn’t easily sit right then it’s not in right. Plain and simple. We left about 1/4 inch space along the walls so it would have room to shift if the house shifts. This will prevent the planks coming up or warping. Once that was done we placed silicone and quarter rounds back and voila! Plank hardwood flooring look and we’re in love. It’s been about 3 weeks that they’ve been installed writing this review and photos.

                          Nice Flooring!
I’m using the MSI Provance Gray flooring to give our home a refresh. I’m laying it right over the exsiting boring beige travertine flooring. This particular floor is one step up from MSI’s least costly product and it’s worth it. These boards are heftier and bigger in length and width. They are less likely to chip from handling. So far out of 35 boxes only one had damaged boards and it looks like someone may have dropped it on its corner. Installation is literally a snap. When you hear them click in place you’re good to go. A gentle tap with a tapping block will make sure they lock in place and lay flat. The color of this particular flooring reads between a brown and gray- maybe a greige? It goes well with a modern look. I’m very happy with how it’s turning out and recommend this to anyone looking for a solid performing vinyl plank at a reasonable price.

There was a 8” scratch before the floor was finished being laid. It is not staying locked and coming apart. That may be because of a bad instal( at the narrow end, not wide side) I do love the color. But I got it to handle traffic and I am nervous.

                            Love my new floors
It was a little tricky to get the pieces together but once we got started and played around with it a little, it was smooth sailing. So far it is holding up well with two big dogs and kids. I found it easier to attach the short side first, hold it at a little angle and tap the long side in.

                              Amazing flooring!
The actual color is more like driftwood gray. It only looks tan like the picture if you have a warm white light shining on it. Super easy to install. All click edges are highly precision with no gaps when clicked and flat. Prep work is key here. ridges or dips in plywood need to be corrected first (belt sand flat or fill in the dips). You will thank yourself later. No need for extra padding. Very comfortable with no sound transfer from existing pre-installed underlayment. I installed this in a master bedroom, and adjoining bath with walk in closet.

                                Some food for thought
I would agree with all the reviews that this engineered laminate is an easy flooring product to install and looks very nice. It clicks together wonderfully and I like the idea that the floor floats allowing for expansion and contraction. Also, that it is resistant to moisture; a definite plus. I would highly recommend purchasing the flooring pull bar as it will make your install go much more smoothly. Don't forget the matching shoe rail and thresholds to finish it off. I do feel I got caught up in the sale and purchase before I thought it through about where I was putting it. This floor has a slight texture to it. I installed it in my kitchen. My previous laminate was super smooth and a dream to clean. This one requires more effort which is not really what I wanted in the kitchen. Sticky droppings will lie in between the textured ribs and require more effort to clean. These ridges also tend to rip the felt feet off my kitchen chairs repeatedly. I am still trying to figure what is best to resolve that challenge. So while I gave it a "yes" for recommendation, I would not suggest putting it in the kitchen. I'd say any other room in the house would be best. I'm all about low maintenance of products I purchase. No fault of the flooring. Its good stuff. This one is on me and I'll learn to live with it.

This product is fantastic. We never had done floors before. The floor looks amazing. We started with a bathroom and got so excited that have expanded in to a lot of areas of the house. And still working with it. The planks are easy to install. Tools for cutting for registers, etc we used jig saw and oscillator tool. For cutting the length of plank we used a regular utility knife and snap. Easy. Love it! Love walking bear foot on this new floors the feeling of this new floors in our house is great. Turned out far better than we expected. Here are some pictures (keep mind we still in the process of instalation)
