This is absolutely hands down the most HORENDOUS product/experience I’ve had to deal with! I’ve ordered more than 20 boxes and have to return each one I don’t even bother removing the product from the package at this point knowing the condition they come in! This company needs to figure out a better delivery service especially for the price you’re paying! Please someone from customer service needs to see this and address these issues!!!

good quality, looks good, delivery was very bad. I didn't have enough 5 boxes. I ordered 6 times. All these boxes arrived with broken planks . I returned it and had to order again.

For starters, these boxes arrived to us totally trashed. Gaping holes in some of the packaging, and one end of the boxes lacked any cardboard and was just covered with shipping tape that was touching the planks. I’m wondering if these were used/returned previously. However, this doesn’t really matter as much as you think. Why? Because the product was so poor that the interlocking pieces broke anyways, just from touch. It was crumbling in my hands. Avoid MSI, or anyone they produce for.

I ordered 3 boxes from online. I received all 3 in separate UPS boxes. The outside boxes are sealed properly but the boxes inside are all teared. I wouldn’t mind if the planks are in good shape but no, many are chipped and some surfaces are heavily scratched. I’ve installed many rooms so I know what normal LVP should look like. But this is crossing the line. I had to return them all immediately after I opened them.

This product does not hold up. Joints have lifted, separated, edges are chipping. Less than 2 years old and now we have to replace. So bad now we bought cheap doormats at Ollies to keep from tripping on the most raised and separated areas in the dining, living and kitchen. We laid the entire house. YIKES!

UPDATE: Less than 18 mos the connective edges have deteriorated to the point that it no longer holds together. I purchased this more expensive option than I have used in other rooms of my home thinking it would be better in the kitchen / dining room area. The less expensive brand that I used in other areas of my house are still in new condition. AVOID A&A Surfaces Click Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring IF YOU WANT A FLOOR THAT WILL LAST MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS BEFORE DISENTIGRATING.

Very nice floor. This is the first time ive installed this manufacturers floor. It takes a little getting used too, but once you get the hang of it, the floor goea down quickly. Make sure you tamp down the butt joints with a rubber mallet or the next row when lined up will not snap in correctly. Also make sure to tap the plank even if you think it is all the way in, it will go in a hair more, and this will make a difference.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this before purchasing. Terrible quality. Almost every peice is faulty in some way. After paying $800 for floor we shouldnt have to repair brand new floor. Do not buy this product!

This material was difficult to work with. Very brittle, easy to damage, and difficult to snap in place. End joints were gapped and trying tap the long sides together tight, would end up overlapping and damaging the joints. I planned on doing three rooms, and ended up doing just one. Ordered Lifeproof and will install in all three rooms.

This flooring holds up to everyday wear. Looks like it was just installed, cleans up easy, and well worth the money.

This is the absolute worst vinyl plank we have ever purchased. We have purchased and installed over 150K square feet of vinyl plank from Home Depot in the past couple of years and have never had a problem. I recommend Traffic Master or LIfe Proof all day. But this MSI flooring is terrible! It bubbles, cracks, peels and has an inconsistent shine on some of the planks. The MSI reps inspected and would not stand behind their product or waranty. Please read the other reviews on Houzz.com. This is a common problem with this flooring. We had to rip it up and return it to Home Depot who was kind enough to credit us for the planks we returned. We lost thousands on installation and waste materials. Do yourself a favor and choose Traffic Master.

Beautiful, high quality product. It’s waterproof and has excellent texture. Exactly what we were looking for. Extremely happy with purchase!

Disappointed. I had used the Home Decorators brand previously and they did not have the color I was looking for for my new home. So I decided to try this product as it seemed fairly comparable— I am sorely disappointed. The joints where the pieces come together slip apart easily, and with normal every day residential home use- which I wouldn’t expect. It was easy to install

I love the color and look of this floor. However, the floor is chipping and has big cracks in it. Taking into account installation costs, I spent over $6000 on this floor. When I sell my house in a few years, I will either have to replace all the floors, or give the buyers a credit. Super disappointing.

Love my new floor! Very easy to install. I calculated online and it told me I needed 10 boxes. I should have ordered 11. It was in a closet so it wasn’t super visible. I’m short 2 pieces.

This is the 3rd woodland alpine floor i installed. Customers loved the color and patterns in the planks.

We bought over 3000 Sq Ft of this product to install in our house. We have about 2000 Sq Ft installed and had to take a pause because my wife is having medical issues. We have noticed that in several spots the seams are already buckling and are very disappointed in the quality/durability of this product since it stated that it was perfect for going over subfloors without any prep.

I purchased this flooring for my entire house. Unfortunately, scratches happen easily, peeling, and lifting up happened quickly. The warranty is a lie! I would not purchase this product if you want your flooring to last more than two years. Customer service is a joke.

Says it’s scratch resistant and it’s not scratch resistant the day after I installed it I noticed the first scratch and it hasn’t been a month and there’s scratches all over the place

It starts off a little difficult to lock into place but after a few rows it goes really easy and we had no issues with it. Also the Home Depot room idea was spot on. I used a picture of our room to determine if i liked it or not. When I picked this floor we compared what we had to what the Home Depot picture gave us and it showed a great representation.

So gorgeous! I'm in love with it and it feels good under my feet. Just installed it.

This flooring is stunning love it so much! Has great texture and is durable!

Top layer started peeling in a month in one spot. Now about a year later, there are numerous spots. It's disappointing to have spent so much money and time installing new floors throughout our house to have them just be garbage. Should have spent more. I guess you get what you pay for. We have tried gluing down corners and it doesn't hold. Hopefully the company will stand behind their warranty.

having issue with this flooring

We are pleased with the flooring and had a professional installer do it. He did state, however, that he felt the flooring might have been milled wrong, as the "snaps" were cut thicker than normal, making it a bit more difficult to get together. But, he managed and the project went smoothly.

Looks great very easily damaged if you are not on your game when you start your at home project with this you'll end up disappointed with your self and then damage you caused to a corner or a side for 3.5 a sqft you would expcet something a little more

Went off a whim and orded it sight unseen for a new house. First time installing vinyl plank flooring and it was easy and quality material to work with. Very pleasant with the results and my animals have already tested it out when it wasnt even fished and it worked like a charm for throw up and urine. Definately recommend paying attention to the patterns and the lengths you are putting next to each other so it isnt so cookie cutter or an obvious pattern.
