Seems to work pretty darn good, a lot quieter than a gas blower.

Just used for the first time...battery life was very good, it runs quite, and trims/cuts boxwoods, holly bushes, and other shrubs great!!

Another Makita purchase that I love. I charge two 18V 5.0's and after I mow the lawn I can weed with the XRU11 grass trimmer and cleanup with the DUB183Z blower. Enough power from two batteries to get the job done with power to spare. On my wish list is the hedge trimmer, XHU02Z, and then I can be rid of outdoor extension cords for life! (except for Christmas lights) I love Makita power tools!

Does not meet expectations. Eats through the batteries too. Level 3 barely gets the job done.

Works good, but it would be nice if it had a trigger lock. The trigger is a little stiff and so is my finger if I use the blower for a minute or so. My 6 year old son likes to use it but he has trouble squeezing the trigger.

I love this tool. It makes my cleaning job easy and enjoyable. Its small and powerful. Totally worth it.

I have been impressed by most of the LXT devices, including my weed trimmer, but this one lacks power and is about as effective as using a hair dryer to blow leaves around. I had meant to return this but forgot about it.

Recieved in a timely manner. Dosen't have as much air volume as expected. But is effective for blowing out my 53' trailer, much faster than a broom.

This is a compact light weight high performance blower. Just what I needed to clean out the corners of my garage/wood working shop. It also breaks down quickly for storage or transportation to another location/job. It is replacing my old low volume blower. I highly recommend it although the battery is expensive if you don't already have another Makita tool.
