High Quality and very easy to install! Perfect color to brighten the room but remain rustic feeling. I installed this floor in our mudroom, kitchen and front entry way a year ago and it has held up great with no visible wear. It still looks as new as it did the day we installed it. I only gave this a 4 in value because the price has gone up so much since we ordered it. It is a great product and looks fantastic in our new home. My only wish is that there were more long pieces. I would definitely buy this product again!

We wanted something lighter to brighten up the room and durable. This was by far the best item in market for less than $6 sq ft. There were zero damaged planks in the case, so we saved a lot of money.

As an contractor, I have installed many thousands of square feet of hardwood floor. As a homeowner, this is the floor I want in my home. This flooring is the best hardwood I have ever installed.

Bought 16 cases of this online hoping for the best. Was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the boards, very few visible defects and all boards were useable. Been installed for 4 months now. Highly recommend.

The package arrive on time, intact & no defects. It has a nice, low gloss finish which makes it rustic yet modern. I have been getting so many compliments! The contractors who installed said it was a great product & easy to install.

This flooring was better looking then what the picture on the Home Depot website showed. Our installers were very happy with the product also.

Solid Hardwood is the true way to do hardwood flooring. Heavy wood floor works well on older homes that may have incurred a slight variance in subfloor pieces, and these planks are perfect for the job. I used a roll of foam muffler underlay to seat the new floor on. They are machined perfectly straight with a good and tight fit for interlocking. 8 Pre-Coats of sealer means these are ready to go down and be walked on right away. At 3/4" you can sand and re-coat, years down the road (if desired). It looks beautiful.

I installed Bruce hardwood in one of my bed rooms and tried Malibu Monterey in the other. The difference in quality is very obvious. Bruce hardwood can easily be damaged if you give it a wrong blow on the tongue with a hammer. But Malibu planks are a different grade. It is really difficult to remove the tongue from the planks. (even when we had to) all 4 sides are stained as opposed to just the top layer in Bruce. This has a mild shine in it with a satin kind of finish. the label says its been coated with 8 coats of stain. Overall very happy with the purchase. Going to go forward to order some more quantities for the rest of the living space.

Review on French oak point Reyes. Absolutely gorgeous! Great looking planks. I love the super low gloss finish and the brush stripes. It feels great and so comfy. I like their attention to details. All 4 sides of the plank including the bottom are finished and stained. This in itself acts as a good moisture barrier protecting the wood. The edges along the width are molded in which gives a great overall appearance at the joints. Package arrived late. Guess it’s due to the inclement weather but packaging was good. Almost all pieces were without defects. Highly recommend purchase.

I have two rooms already installed and am working on the third room. I chose Malibu because of its look and I will never regret. After first two installations, they showed toughness against possible wear and tear and they will definitely last. This is a very good choice of mine.

We love this flooring. It’s rustic yet modern. It is very hardy we even out it in our bathroom. We can’t wait to order the rest of the house!

My apartment is on the 1st floor of the building and I was concern that the wood floors that I ordered would be too dark, boy was I completely wrong. I walked in as the contractors were installing them, the French Oak Point Reyes, SKU 1002-847-034, and they look beautiful, please see photo enclosed. Even the contractors said that these were very good flooring, and they were easy to install. I highly recommend them.

I love my new floors! I was ready to replace an 18 year old carpet and I really wanted wide plank flooring that was distressed. This is what I chose and I really love it. It's beautiful, it doesn't move or squeak or anything that wood floors can do. It looks exactly like the photo online, I'm really happy with it.

Love these floors! We put these floors in every room in the house except the master and guest bathroom. Installer said they were the easiest floors he ever installed. I have had these for a few months and found these floors are easy to clean and maintain, even with a dog and children in the house. Quality is great, a sold 3/4 inch wood floor. When we have people over, I get so many compliments on this floor. I had handscraped oak in my last house, which I thought was beautiful, but these floors are even better. I would definitely buy these again!

This floor is amazing. I spent about a year researching flooring for my new home on the coast. With a 65-lb golden-retriever/border collie mix and an environment with sand, I wanted something that would stand up to heavy use. This floor does it. The finish is excellent and it is holding up well. Very difficult to scratch or dent, and the matte finish makes dirt, dust, and any scratches that might occur hard to see. We had very little waste - nearly all the boards were in great shape. Our contractors installed it and it was so easy that we ended up using it in more places that we had originally planned to have tile. We now have it throughout our entire house with the exceptions of the bathrooms. We used an underlayment called "Quietwalk" and I'd recommend that. It is extremely soft. We used all nail (no glue) construction and we have virtually no creaking or movement. We moved in four months ago and are in love with this floor. Everyone compliments it. It gives us a great "rustic modern" style we were going for. Amazing for the price!

I installed this wood a few days ago (2/10/19), I did a web purchase without looking at it at the store, after purchasing it the wife wanted white washed oak floors instead and felt this Miramar is too yellow. It was too late to cancel, the wood was shipped and contractor was ready to installed. They installed it and we were in disbelief, it looked awesome. It looked like the white washed oak that we wanted.

Good quality flooring. Really like finish and texture. Installation was easy and straightforward. Beautiful wood grain. It is character grade, so a lot of imperfections filled with black epoxy.

Good quality and looks good. I learned later that it does need to be glued and nailed because of the wide ness of the plank. Glue is about $100 every 200 Square Feet.

Flooring was beautiful and very easy to install.

Love the product, however there were many quality control issues as there were 3 different widths to the planks which made the project challenging and took much longer than anticipated.

This was exactly what I was looking for and more. So far I have installed about 1/2 of my project and it has been a breeze. Very few bad boards (just a few minor ones), they are straight, finish is great and they go together and nail easily. Highly recommend!

To many differing widths that create gaps up to an 1/8” at seems and also allowed one side of the room to be offset by 5/8” when reaching the opposite wall. Would not purchase again and definitely would not have purchased if I knew the low quality

color was slightly off they said when I got it if it was not right there would be an adjustment but when I called to tell them it was and havent heard back from the person in charge of that
