These coat hooks came exactly as depicted & described. They're well made and sturdy. My only complaint with them is that they are not ground perfectly flat on the back side. Meaning that if you're mounting them to a hard surface like steel they won't sit flat. With wood it's easier as the minor imperfection can be pressed into the wood and sit straight.
