[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been using this appliance for about 4 days but I'm thrilled with the speed by which it heats up and with its looks.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this product worked for a little over 2 years, smoke started coming out of one of the buttons with an electrical smell. I shut the unit off, and the smoke went away...I called expecting good customer service, boy was I wrong! I paid $886.00 for the stove and the price to repair was $790.00, or a 20% discount to purchase another Whirlpool product that will only last 3 years...I will never purchase another Whirlpool product ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got our new cooktop installed two weeks ago and I’ve been making jam and cooking meals on it. It cleans very easily and I absolutely love the flat glass top!

Stove technology has come a long way. I replaced a 13 year old cooktop that was still working but wanted a modern stove with modern features and technology and this radiant cooktop is it. Instant heat! I turn the eye on and it is hot in an instant; kind of like a gas range without the gas! When the eye is turned off, a "hot surface" light stays on until it is safe to touch. One of the burners has a dual control that can be set for small or large pots. Another has an option where you can use single burner or the bridge burner that controls two eyes for the griddle that comes with the stove. The cooktop has a sleek, modern, and clean appearance. Installation was easy; it comes with its own pigtail for electrical hookup and rubber gaskets for sealing the rim. The only negative, and it is very minor, is the height of the control knobs. I am OK with the central location of them but if their profile were a little lower, it would be easier to manipulate the pots and pans on the cooktop. I love this cooktop! It looks and performs great!

Easy to install in place of old cooktop with minor adjustments for size. The cooktop and griddle works as it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as part of a kitchen remodel, replacing a similar style. We love the layout of the burners on this cooktop versus the old one. The fit and finish are top notch. The griddle this cooktop comes with is such a welcomed addition - so far, we've only had Reuben sandwiches but the heat was evenly distributed. Anxious to see what all we will cook on each side of the griddle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though this is my first experience with an electric cooktop, ie. stove, I am very pleased with my experiences. I am specially pleased with the grill and griddle combination. It has functioned most adequately in cooking pancacakes on the griddle and various meatrs on the grill. I had some doubts as to the cleaning procedures but soapy sponge with water and a clean cloth or paper towel are usually sufficient. However any debree stuck on the cooking surface can be readily removed with a single bladed scraper knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This glass top unit is everything I expected and more. So many burner options and the bridge/grill is tremendous. This unit reeks with quality and the price was amazing. I’m 82y/o and have been a Maytag customer since our first wringer washer.

It was easy to install, has a radiant heat that is fast, and has metal knobs, which saves a fortune in replacements. They are usually plastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace the one I had. It has alot of new features that were not on the old maytag. I like the large burner and the grilling burners. Great for making pancakes and eggs. Also good for grilling meat. I would reccoment a mounted hood to go with the grilling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cooktop. Past experience with glass cooktops was that it was difficult to manage cooking temperatures. This cooktop cools quickly which makes cooking more successful. And the reversible griddle/grill is awesome.

The cooktop is awesome but almost a month to have it delivered was rediculous.

We moved in a house and have almost the same model; not sure of the model number and year; but the house is 5 years old; I want to know if I can get a new glass top; my son dropped something on it and cracked it all the way across; previous owners did not leave the book; how do I find the model number; I love my stove top!! :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this cooktop about 5 weeks and the hat surface indicator lamp failed within the first five minutes of use. I got a repairman out the first week to look at it and he said that they would need to order parts and schedule another time when they receive the part. Two appointments later were canceled due to damaged parts and now waiting for another part . I have lost 3 days due to scheduling and it still isn’t fixed. I’m not happy with that. Otherwise the cooktop looks and works like you would expect.

The cooktop arrived promptly. The carrier called me to confirm delivery date/time- at my convenience. The cooktop is as described. The cooktop has many features that my previous cook top did not have - such as grill and griddle! This will look quite sharp in my kitchen remodel! The product had clear and easily followed directions. - (but I am getting it professionally installed). And had the old cooktop been removed, the carrier would have taken it away!

This is a very satisfying piece of kitchen equipment. The included grille/griddle attachment makes it a pleasure to cook on. The ability to adjust the size of heat dependent on the size of the pan is fantastic. The installation was very easy and quick. The design with the knobs being in the front keeps you from the possibility of burning yourself reaching for them. The overall design and capability is above and beyond anything I have ever had in the past
