Just NO!
Came here to see if others were having the same problem. Well my conclusion..... never should have got this light!! It's like the power connection doesn't actually connect. It will stay on if I don't put the battery cover on straight. (Set it on crooked) otherwise like everyone says push the button and it just flashes. Will definitely not buy another of there lights.
The battery holder does come apart aswell, though when you put it in, it go's back together to be able to work....if it worked.

Dont remove the clip
Pros:
Sleek with a nice color combo. Wish it had more red.
1 mode on or off
Waterproof
button is not recessed like other 100 lumen flashlights ( like the husky 100 lumen)
Cons:
removing the clip will cut the O-ring. The clip is really sharp and not a lot of clearance.
push is harder to push than Kobalt 100 lumen and husky 100 lumen light
No low mode like the Kobalt. Only ON high and off that's it.
I will keep 1 and give the other away or sell it. Not a fan of this light for mechanic work.

Purchased at the suggestion of my son who already has one. Didn't think I could be at this 2 for 1 deal. The magnet is strong, I've hung it on the side of my round baler in the middle of the night to do some necessary maintenance, and to the side of my propane tank to illuminate a night time spray painting job for my granddaughter. Lastly, I've clipped it on my shirt pocket and flipped the light so I could see with my hands full. Very useful and rechargable, too.

Awesome Light
I bought a set of these to replace my old milwaukee pen lights that use AA batteries cause the amount of batteries I go through cost more than the light. These rechargeable ones are great, they’re bright and well built. The body is durable and comfortable to handle. The pivoting head is awesome and has built heat sink to help disperse heat away.

Batteries are stuck inside
The light worked well until the batteries got stuck inside the compartment, preventing me from changing them. I tried removing them with a pliers - no luck. Initially, the pen light was impressive with its strong performance and durability, perfect for handling tough conditions. However, this significant issue with the battery compartment severely limits the tool's longevity and usability. Future buyers should be cautious of this potential problem.

Good light but overpriced
This is a good flashlight that emits a very bright light even for 325 lumens. It has a lovely shade around 3k in temperature and is very capable. The rated battery life is also excellent at 5hr on high. However there are two things holding it back: first of all the cheaply made clip scrapes the flashlight as you remove the tailcap to swap out batteries. Secondly the price is just too high for what this is. At most this is a $25 light that should be competing with the coast g32/36 not $40.

The button exploded while using one day and the light never worked the same again

Don’t buy lens melts in your pocket!
Bought at a Home Depot I didn’t use much until my truck broke down at night. I jumped out to see what made a noise hopped back in put the light in my pocket with it on, apparently and almost drove off the road . It got so hot it melted the lens and almost burnt my leg.Its very bright though and the twist focus is great. It’s been rolling around in my truck for awhile now.

Use every day absolutely amazing
I've been using this light for a solid few months as a industrial electrician and have had any issues that have been mentioned in other reviews I love the warmness of the light and brightness can use it in panels or following conduit 50ft above. Only thing is flying through batteries I need to get a Rechargeable besides that it's a amazing light.

Lasted a few months
I spent around 500 dollars on Milwaukee products the day I bought this as a die hard Milwaukee fan. I was so excited for this light as it has a very strong magnet and was super bright as I work in ceilings and poorly lit areas all the time. Then one day I turned on the light and it was producing probably less than 50 lumens. I charged it all day till the light turned green with no change in performance. This was the first time I've been let down by Milwaukee, now I'm questioning the brand...

Bright and super easy to use flashlight.
The Milwaukee 2,000 lumen REDLITHIUM battery flashlight featuring true view light output is another great Milwaukee tool! This light fits perfectly in my hand, not too large and hard to hold, and not too small. I love the slide focus. With less than a half inch slide you go from a flood light to a spot light depending on what you need. I also love the button on the tail/back of the light, right where my thumb sits, making is super easy to turn on/off, or when you hold the light button down it will move from high to medium and if you keep holding it goes to low. When you turn the light off, it keeps its setting and will return to the out put it was on before it was turned off. When you really need to turn the dark into mid day sun, you double push the power button to get into boost mode, the full 2,000 lumen output.
The trueview light does not wash out the colors like other lights typically do. I also love the protective cover over the USB-C charge port, with a simple turn you uncover the charging port and can charge in your veichle between jobs or when traveling. The power button has a battery stats light both when charging and when in use telling you if you are full, half or close to empty. The battery lasts 4 hours on high (not boost) 8 hours on medium and a full 24 hours on low, so while unlikely, if you need to you can also unscrew the LED end of the light and swap in a fresh REDLITHIUM battery.
If you need a long lasting, comfortable and easy to use flashlight, you will be very HAPPY with this light.
Very bright, well designed, and well built flashlight
This rechargeable flashlight, with replaceable proprietary battery, is very bright and with its adjustable focus it can be focused to effectively light up an area fairly far away. The focus is easy to adjust, stays where you leave it, and will adjust from a fairly tight beam to a wide “flood” mode.
In its “high” power output mode, it is advertised to put out almost as much light as a tradition 100W light bulb and in it’s “boost” mode it is said to put out more light than a tradition 100W light bulb. It’s surprisingly small for the amount of light it can put out.
It comes with a rechargeable battery, a charging cord but not a charger, and it will plug into a USBa charging port on another charger that you already have. One concern: The instructions say the input amperage range maximum is 2.1 amps. Many modern phone and computer chargers exceed that amperage and it is not clear whether they can be safely connected to the flashlight.
Some nice features include: 1. A pocket clip (see photo). 2. A closeable cover to protect the charging port on the flashlight (see photo). 3. Cutouts on the top so that is can be placed face down and still be seen in a dark room when it is on (see photos). 4. An LED based charge indicator at the on/off button to show how much charge is left (see green circle in photo, green indicates highest level of charge).
This is a high quality product with excellent light output.
The Milwaukee 2,000 Lumens Slide Focus Flashlight is now my flashlight of choice! I highly recommend it!
Milwaukee makes great products; the Milwaukee 2,000 Lumens Slide Focus Flashlight is no exception. The light is super bright and the flashlight is just the right size to hold even with gloves and it isn’t so big that it doesn’t fit in a pocket. I try not to work in the rain, but I like that it is waterproof. The ability to change the focus was very useful when I was running wires in my attic in the dark over the weekend. The battery charges quickly and it seems to last a long time.

Great pen light
I work maintenance and carry it with me all the time now, it’s much nicer than my coast lights it’s bright the light color does help a ton and with the reversible clip you can put it on your hat or bite on it to hold it, it’s helped me so much I don’t go anywhere without it now it’s my EDC Light. It’s rubber end where you bite on it could be tougher mine is already wearing out and it hasn’t been a month yet but for $20 what can you expect

Great little light!
I’ve been carrying this light every day for months. Battery life is awesome. Not too big in the pocket. The clip let’s you clip it to the brim of a hat. Built very solid. Even got me out of the woods on my mountain bike when a ride went way longer than expected. Clipped it to my helmet visor and rode out. Not perfect for that use but pretty darn good.

Yes, very much. The 1100 lumens light, Dont never shine it in anybody’s eyes. It makes them very dizzy. It’s so bright, I didn’t feel good. Had to go lay down for a couple of hours. Take a nap. The 500 lumens has a pivot head and a magnetic end which is perfect. Both lights is a good buy. For a flashlight junky.

Worst Milwaukee flashlight
I purchased this flashlight hoping to get a flashlight brighter than the Milwaukee 500 lumen with pivoting head and at first this light was definitely brighter but that did not last long after about 2 weeks the light would not light up like how it did when I first opened it. I took it to Milwaukee and they ended up swapping it out for a new one and that one did the exact same thing it worked for about a week then would not light up as bright milwaukee has let me down on this onea

Not Bright
This flashlight is durable and very well built all the way to the inner seal that being said I just wish it was brighter I know it says 100 Lumens but it’s more disappointing in duty I hope they come up with a brighter version preferably with better LED lenses but can’t complain for $20.

it's good but could be better 2010R
I mainly bought this light solely for the rubber bite zone. Which is excellent. The light is small in circumference and balanced pretty well so you hardly feel it between your teeth. The two brightness modes are great to have but I wish there was a way to program it so I could select whether or not it turns on to high or low beam. I will say I did expect it to be a little more bright but it is plenty bright enough. I mean after I don't tthe difference between 50

Awesome EDC torch
Nearly perfect light for EDC. Love the strong magnet on the end of the light, the dual purpose clip, and the three light settings that are easily accessed and are all optimal for different situations. Nice and small form factor yet feels very stout in hand. Also love that it is rechargeable, has the fuel level indicator, and is water and drop rated. Only one slight con for me is I wish the power button was just a little more bulbous so I could press it easier with my big thumb.
