This was a GREAT bargain when included free when I bought a headlight kit.

You guys sold me a promotion item. It was a usb light. You guys Canceled the light (tool) but kept the battery on order. It said it was not available which made no sense because I went and bought the light separate at full price that day just so the battery you guys charged me for actually had something to go in.

At first it was hard to twist the USB battery cover but you get the hang of it. It would be better if the battery charge light turns green when charged at the flashlight, mine never changes from pale orange. The separate charger light turns green when charged.

I've been using it to clean out attic insulation. I wish the band would adjust easier. The battery lasts about 3 hours when using the combined spotlight and broad flood at the same time, then it dims.

The light is so bright

The light itself is wonderful, extremely bright clean white light. With good run time and the ability to swap out batteries. The one issue that I have with it is that it's meant to only be used with a hard hat. There is very little adjustment available. In order for me to use it at all I had to put a heavy duty staple the side to reduce the size. Even then is extremely loose in my head.

I own a large collection of Milwaukee tools and I had bought into this ecosystem of M12, M18 and USB Redlithium. Back 5 years ago their batteries were best in the industry, now they are not even as good as generic batteries from China. I have Samsung and LG white-label batteries in my lights and in some of the tools and they last and last. Those lithium sticks were 5-7 each. Milwaukee's 28-11-2131 is dead after 40 recharges. Blinking red/green and of course it happened 5 weeks after warranty.

Was delivered on time and was exactly what my employees wanted.

Has been amazing. Lights up well in dark areas. Batteries last a long time on medium usage. Easy to change battery

Great battery for sustained use in a headband light. Last much longer than the other AA or AAA powered lights and I can recharge it.

Very nice tool. But there’s definitely one thing that is not acceptable. “ The head band isn’t adjustable”!!!!!! Would need a head the size of a watermelon to wear it and work with it!
